“Great service”

“Very good hotel for the money”

This is my 2nd time at this hotel, both times were very relaxing and enjoyable. The gym and sauna are wonderful, room service is quick and efficient. This last stay I had a uncleaned room, one phone call resolved it in minutes. The hotel is nice but the staff is what sets this above the others.

“Classic Shangri-La”

I've stayed at several Shangri-La hotels in the past, and this one was on a par. Very comfortable luxury with pretty much everything you would expect including free internet. Some very minor complaints ... eggs were delivered cold at breakfast in the Club room all 3 mornings, and they had some trouble flagging down cabs during rush hour because of the location.

“This Business traveler's preference”

A fine Dubai hotel in all respects with outstanding staff service, excellent food, and a surprisingly good hotel nightclub and band. I always stay here on my way through Dubai mainly because the staff are extremely customer oriented and the room service and breakfast buffet are outstanding at a great value. Very convenient to all airport terminals but not too close to be bothered by noise. I highly recommend Traders, Dubai!

“OK four-star”

It was a bargain for a Dubai four-star, at the expedia price. Rooms were small and many alcoholic drinks on the menu were unknown by staff and unavailable. Room service receptionists often did not understand English. Food was OK though.

There are many attractive areas in Dubai; it depends on what your needs are. The area around Traders is conveniently located near the airport and shopping.

“Traders Dubai - Expat View”

Good location very close to airport, reasonable value, friendly service. Food and beverage are great, which is vital as the surrounding neighborhood is marginal and filled with construction. Currency exchange is a bit of a rip off, even by hotel standards. Climate Control in room is a little dodgy in getting to and maintaining selected temperature. Exceptionally nice bathrooms and comfortable bedding. TV channel selection is a bit weak. Overall, reasonable value for money in a very accessible location.
