This hotel is beautiful and well situated near the mall and the Burj Khalifa, the staff is attentative to your every need. Rooms are clean and comfortable, restaurants are excellent, pool is beautiful and well maintained. In my various travels around the world this hotel will stand out above the rest.

Location wise, the Palace is the best. It's near the souq, Dubai Mall and the business district. The fountains are amazing eventhough I had lived there for 5 years. I would definitely return. The staff are ultra friendly without being overly attentive either - great training. Well done.

I absolutely enjoyed staying in The Palace The Old Town. Everything is perfect, specially the service. Overall, It's a nice relaxing place. Even my family liked it so much without facing any single problem or service delay in our 5 days stay there.

Fabulous location. Ourmroom was spacious and very comfortable. Staff were exceptional - they know the real meaning of service - we arrived early morning after an international flight and they organized a room for us immediately - no waiting until the standard 2pm check in.

Excellent hotel in lovely location with all amenities. Attentive staff, valet parking etc etc. Near Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountain (and Dubai Mall!). Very good value,would be more than happy to return.
