“Arabian nights around the pool”

Staff friendly & service very good. Pool area is especially comfortable & when lit up at night is lovely. Be prepared for expensive drinks!! Only disappointment was deluxe fountain view room was more a glimpse. Near by Souk interesting & good selection of restaurants & bars.

“AAA Comfort Zone”

Having arrived for checkin at 2.00am, and extremely tired from our flight, we were shown to a room which had been used by a smoker.As my husband suffers from mild asthma we asked if we could be moved to a non smoking room. The staff were extremely apologetic , and within a short time we were ushered into a beautiful suite with every comfort we could possibly need.Our stay of five nights was just perfect after a very busy seven weeks touring Europe, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for the luxury stop-over. Divine.

“Excellent!!!”

This hotel is beautiful and well situated near the mall and the Burj Khalifa, the staff is attentative to your every need. Rooms are clean and comfortable, restaurants are excellent, pool is beautiful and well maintained. In my various travels around the world this hotel will stand out above the rest.

Must see the dancing waters, the aquarium and the Burj Khalifa.

Shopping

The souk attached to the Mall of Dubai is nice but visit the old souk for a richer experience.

Events and shows

Hot-air ballooning at sunrise over the desert should not be missed, they do a wonderful job with all of the arrangements.

“Among the best hotels in Dubai”

Overall it was an excellent choice. The service in the room was superb and very friendly. The rooms were greatly furnished with excellent view of Burj Khalifa and the fountains, and Dubai Mall. I would definitely go back there.

“Can't wait to go back.”

I have read other people reviews on the Trip Advisor, some complaining about hotel staff, so I was a little bit apprehensive booking this facility. I had no reason to fear. Everyone was polite, helpful and professional. We have arrived very early in a morning, but there was no problem in getting checked in. As the matter of fact we have been upgraded to a suite both times we stayed in The Palace. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in a nice hotel in a central location.
