“Very impressed, big room & wonderful creek view, very restfull.”

We upgraded to the towers creek view with breakfast & airport transfers. The extra cost was worth it, The creek view was awesome, always something to see on the creek with boats coming & going. The staff were always friendly & helpful. Breakfast was very good with lots to eat & there is also a side room near reception with free internet access and free coffee, tea and snacks for guests. The towers room was quite large and very much up to Sheraton standards. Hotel was quite close to Deira shops. Lots of taxis, buses, water ferries & within 10 minutes walk to the metro rail station which connects you to all major malls. We booked this hotel for 3 days en route to Europe and were so impressed we rebooked the same towers room for another 3 days coming home. Nothing to say against this hotel at all.

“Shearaton”

I got a very good price during Ramadan. My only real complaint is that extras are very expensive: Internet connection $30 a day, minibar small can of beer $10. There are nearby supermarkets, so stock up there. You can´t buy booze in the street, so take it with you or buy it in the duty-free. Hotel is a short walk from Union metro, so save taxi fare by using metro.

truly an excellent 5 star hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the concierge. he organized all the trips for us, which were excellent value for money. Best of all the different restaurants in hotel were very good. We tried the italian 'Vivaldi', the do a buffet on friday, very good. We booked a meal in Indian restaurant for my mothers 80th b'day, the best meal ever and the entertainment, wow, the singers were very good,The view of the creek from the room was amazing, especially at night, with all the lightup dhows cruising up and down the creek. Its also near for the water taxi, and abras to take you across the other side. it is also close for gold souk 'wow' and spice souk. The only thing is dont take hotel transport, opt for local yellow dubai taxis, much cheaper. We used the hotel transport from the airport to hotel which was 230dhirums, and going to the airport we used ord taxi, which was only 50dhms. We did a 4 hour dubai city tour, in a private car (concierge arranged it for us) which I recommend everyone does it. Duabi mall is awesome, and too huge, must do the aquarium, and the fountain which starts after 7pm, and view the dubai world tower from there. The desert safari was the best, my 80yr. old just loved it.

Very Good Clean Hotel with everything you would need. Location we would say on the wrong side of the creek dificult to get to the City center but close to the Airport.

“First Class”

We went on honeymoon to Dubai and booked the trip through Expedia. The room rate is quite a bit cheaper this way so it is well worth doing. Upon checking-in, they upgraded our room to one with a Creek view for free as we were on honeymoon. They also provided a congratulations cake and bottle of wine! Hotel staff are very courteous and they couldn't have been more helpful. Great range of restaurants in hotel and leisure facilities are great. Location is ideal for centre of town shopping and as taxis are cheap, travel to Jumeirah and other areas is very inexpensive. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel!

Great experience from the front desk personnel to the waiters and bartenders. Overall a very enjoyable weekend. Fabulous views from the creek side. Delicious breakfast buffet. All that was expected and more!
