“Others have slated this place”

We found the staff to be friendly and responsive, the rooms (2 separate bookings in the one week) to be spacious and clean. All in all very good value for the price. A good supermarket within 500 metres. Cutlery was a bit spare but our needs were met promptly when we asked. The pool was nice but its surrounds were a bit dirty.

Don't be put off by snarky comments from others. You get what you pay for and this place delivers 9 out of 10 in that respect.

“Really nice hotel”

I was really impressed with the booking because there was no stories on arrival, on whether I was booked in there or not. The staff were really warm and ready to help.The closeness of the hotel to a major supermarket was quite strategic and got us settled right from day 1 despite arriving in the night. The hotel however needs to improve on the quality of window blind to give the room that cozy feel and also find way of cooling the swimming pool. In all, we enjoyed our stay and will recommend Expedia.com.au for booking and the hotel for accommodation

Traveller's tip

For a family, to save cost be prepared to cook your meals and do your laundry because the kitchen is fully furnished with laundry machine, you get really what you want in the comfort of your apartment. Due to whether, be ready to take taxi cabs at all times because whether is very hot from March to October and the hotel is about 150m to the closest bus stop. But taxi cabs are usually available and can be called in advance by the hotel. DVD player is also available, so you can come with VCD/DVDs
