We went for Christmas and New Year to Dubai. The hotel was excellent with very good staff providing superb service. The location near Dubai Mall was also great. Would highly recommend the hotel.

“One night in Dubai.”

I was checked in by smiles, upgrades information, Orange Juice and Dates. Everyone was incredible and helpful. The hotel was gorgeous in itself especially for mid-priced in the area. Out the back gate by the pool and I was at the Dubai Mall in minutes. This was perfect and exactly what I wanted in all aspects. I have no complaints whatsoever. I would have rated this 5 across the board but that seems lazy. 4 for comfort as I did have to call down for an internet cable as the WiFi in my room was not working. An IT person showed up within minutes and I was up and running in less than a minute. Other than that A+, 5 by 5, super stay and a recommendation for anyone that would like a reasonable well placed hotel in the Old Town District. Lastly although I was given free breakfast with my room I did not eat there so I cannot comment on the food but It did smell nice and I didn't see anyone complaining. Cheers.

“Great Hotel close to the Burj Khalifa”

We chose the Qarmadeen Hotel primarily due to its proximity to the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall and we were very happy with our choice. It is only a 10 minute walk to the Burj and Mall and the hotel is kept very nicely indeed. We had a room on the ground floor near the business centre (free internet) and it was very spacious, immaculately clean and furnished to the latest standards. We would highly recommend the Qarmadeen to anyone wishing to be in walking distance to this particular area of Dubai. PS. Instead of paying AED 100 per person for a trip to the observation platform on level 124 of the Burj, we paid AED120 per person and had "High Lunch" at At.mosphere Restaurant and Lounge on Level 122 of the Burj. “Very pleased with our stay.”

Excellent hotel. We arrived from an early flight and were in our room by 9am despite an advertised check-in time of 12MD. Poolside room was clean, well appointed and quiet. Staff courteous, cheerful and helpful. Food was good and reasonably priced. 10 minutes easy and pleasant walk to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall.

“Cannot fault this hotel”

This was our second one week stay at this hotel - we love it. It's a small boutique hotel with a small but very nice pool and pool area and caters also to business people. We visited both times as a family of 5 (four adults and an infant) and cannot fault it. The location is perfect for us - in winter an easy walk to the Dubai Mall, the fountains, the Burj Khalifa and the souk adjacent to the Palace Hotel. The food in the restaurant is good although we didn't breakfast there - we ate mostly at the Boulevard Cafe which is part of the Al Manzil hotel, sister hotel to this one. We would also recommend the Courtyard restaurant at the Al Manzil. The service at the Qamardeen is excellent and we would particularly like to thank the concierge whose service was exceptional once again.

They treat you right the moment you walk in. They greet you with a glass of fresh squeezed orange juice and a date while you are checking in. The room was very nice and comfortable. We will definitely stay there again.

The Qamardeen is a thoroughly excellent hotel which I would be very happy to stay at every time I return to Dubai. Nothing is too much for the polite and courteous staff, our room was clean and very comfortable and the food varied, very good and well presented. The hotel has an air of peace and tranquility and is very central and easily accessible.
