“No No For Smokers”

I was not at all happy with the service from reception staff, i waited for an hour for my room after check in time. The apartment is not fully serviced, they dont wash dishes and if youre a smoker, this hotel is not for you. Smoking room has a balcony for you to smoke outside, you are not allowed to smoke inside the apartment at all. What RUBBISH !!!

“Oasis Beach Towers, Dubai Marina”

We rented a 4 bedroom apartment at the Oasis Jul 13-19 for a friend’s reunion. The apartment was great; all rooms had beautiful view of the sea and the Palms, the apartments were spacious enough and able to accommodate comfortably up to 8 people. The service within the hotel was excellent, good food; room service was convenient and had excellent breakfast and steaks. Other services such as the hair salon, nail salon, and the Spa were excellent. There were a couple of salons at the bottom floor, located in a small plaza adjacent to the hotel. Some service man only, others woman only and one that services both, and the prices are reasonable. The hotel is centrally located in the Dubai Marina area; it is a great location many shopping centers and restaurants right outside the hotel. One of the best hotels I have stayed in a long time.

Getting around

The hotel has private taxis that can drop you off and pick you up at any location within Dubai. The price is the same as a regular taxi and it is very convenient.

“Great .. But”

It would be great if all rooms have a Wi-Fi service. Beds could be a little bit harder. The hotel states that the checkout time is 11, and I think it should be at noon like everybody else. The hotel entrance is not easily accessible and the bellman is not always available to help unload the car.

“Dubai's Apartement Hotel Number 1”

My experience was amazing, although I have a small comment. The internet in the room wasnt working and it took the hotel 3 days to fix it. If that was solved at the same time, then eerything would be perfect!

“Absolutely fantastic”

A great first impression was created by the super friendly check-in attendant who helped in every need and knew answers to all questions about the building, Marina and Dubai. The two bedroom was apartment was luxurious almost on top floor with a great view of The Palm. Service kept the place spotless in our stay. Location is perfect, walk straight out to the beach or along the restaurant / shopping frontage street. Parking under the building was easy but watch out, weekend evening traffic in and out is terrible! Very good value for the money and we'll stay there again.

“Excellent Apartment Hotel”

Very happy with the accommodation. It was a large apartment and had everything we needed. The staff were great and provided excellent service from reception through to cleaners. Situated in a very good location. Would stay there again. We were in Dubai during Ramadan which was a bit disappointing as most restaurants were closed during the day as you cannot eat or drink in public during the day and it was also extremely hot and could not stay outside for very long. Shopping malls were fantastic.

“Okay, not that great!”

Location is great, yet not that clean. This is the 2nd time I visit the hotel, yet I was shocked because it was better the 1st time. The rooms were not that clean espically the living room.

Great stay

Family-friendly activities

There was a little theme park setup there just nice for a family to spend an hour or 2...another little place was the heritage village lots of traditional emirati cultural activities
