“What you'd expect for a Novotel”

Novotel was a well run, efficient hotel. The standard hotel bar was good with live bands at times and the pool was used daily. Not located on the beach front but shuttle buses/taxis available. Hotel staff were helpful and polite and could not do enough to help guests.

Ideally located in mid-Dubai central for all attractions. Great bar, nice staff, I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Very good 4**** Hotel in a very good and modern location, with nice services, very clean rooms, friendly and professional personal, shuttle services(free) to major Dubai atracttions, very good food, breakfast, room service excellent, outdoor heated swimming pool, good bar services. Very very good hotel

Overall the hotel was in a excellent location, the free shuttle service provided by the hotel saved alot of taxi fair. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and comfortable to stay in. I will come again

“Lovely new hotel, exceptional service”

The hotel is very new and all the fittings are clean and glossy. It was perfect for us, much cheaper than a beach hotel, but close enough to enjoy downtown easily. Staff were great, as they all are in Dubai. Not great for families with young children though as the pool is a uniform depth of 1.4m - not ideal if the kids aren't great swimmers. Aimed at the business user, but a good deal for families.

“Better that I expected”

The hotel was better than I expected. Clean, good servcie and the swimming pool is relaxing. Just make sure you stay in a non-smoking room; the smoking rooms stink.
