“you pay for everything, extra charges”
customer service needs to be better, they charge you if yo arrive early, to much money, you have to pay for everything, they need to understand customers better, I had a long flight and I jsut want to lay down, I already prepaid for my room, but they charged me more money for checking in early, most hotels I been to never did that, I will not stay at this hotel.....

I could not sleep due to constructions, street noice of cars and other things, inernal noise of water leakege !!!!!!!!!!!!!
