“Great Hotel... Amazing experience...”

I stayed at this hotel for 5 days... When I checked-in, they gave me an upgrade from the deluxe room that I booked to a grand deluxe suite, plus they gave me a Dhs150 voucher that I can use in their resturants... The staff were very freindly and helpfull... I really enjoyed my stay.

The staff was extremly nice and helpfull with all questions. The room was unbelievable. It was cleaned any and every time we aske for it and wasnt when we didnt want it. It was very cool to look out my bedroom window and see the ski slope and all the kids playing in the snow. If you get a chance to stay here I would recomend the Ski Chalet.

“Fantastic Hotel”

This was my 3rd trip to Dubai and having read the positive reviews I decided to book in at the Kempinski Mall of the Emirates. The Kempinski is the best hotel ive ever stayed in. From the moment we walked in we received the best customer service. The staff at this hotel just cant do enough for you and it has a very spa like feel which makes the hotel feel extremely comfortable. Our room was better than expected with a large bathroom and a great view over the pool area. The leisure club is also great and little touches like the cold towels and fruit kababs in an afternoon by the pool just adds to this exceptional hotel. I would most definately recommend this hotel for all types of visitors and I will most certainly be hoping to go back to the Kempinski when I visit Dubai again.

“Convenient and Accomodating”

We received a complimentary upgrade to an executive suite. Excellent and attentive staff. Very convenient to local attractions and shopping.

We had a great time and will definitely stay at the Kempinski again in the future. We travelled with a toddler so had some extra requirements but the staff was very helpful and accommodating.

“Heavenly Hotel”

Fairly swanky hotel. 'Luxury rooms' very roomy with everything and more you could expect from a hotel room. Attached to mall and eateries. Would definetly stay here again

Everything is good but don't try to make any call because it's very expensive.
