“nice hotel for business travellers”
If you are a business traveller and your business is in the city center area this hotel is just for you.
“Class and quality...”
Outstanding rooms, great service, nice restaurants in the hotel. The Japanese is outstanding, so is the buffet on the 24th floor revolving restaurant. Most helpful front desk personnel, definetely Hyat caliber trained.. Nice pool, huge clean gym!!! Taxis (regular) always available in front of the hotel, a rarity for Dubai! The room views and Hotel position are a little isolated, but if you avoid the rush hours, you can be in Deira in 5 minutes, at the Dubai Mall in 13 mins, and Jumeira Beach in 25. I loved it.
“impressive hotel”
we stayed for 3 nights and Dubai Hyatt regency we spent really good time . starting with easy check-in and the room was nice clean and specious , comfortable bed the view was not as i expected but it's fine . the galleria is great you can find supermarket ,pharmacy and other shops all you need will be around you . the primer club and the bar was nice too .

We usually book our hotel accommodation at Hyatt Regency in most cities we travel. Our expectations have always been satisfied. We like the standards in this hotel chain. Dubai hotel meals were however extraordinarily expensive.
“Will Be going Back”
Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, Food, Service and everything was great... Real enjoyment staying there and would stay again. A little out of the way, but close to the original Gold Souk which is amazing. Taxis are cheap as from outside the hotel to get anyway. Dubai is very kid friendly and we will be taking our little bloke back in a couple of years. A little hot in September though for those that dont like the heat. November probably best time as Dec and Jan is very very busy..

“Great service”
We booked this hotel at the last minute, having originally booked elsewhere and told that, because we were arriving at 5:30am we would need to pay for 2 nights to guarantee getting into our room upon arrival. When we arrived at the hotel the check-in was very efficient and friendly and we were advised we could have immediate access to our room- wonderful after a 16 hour flight. The rooms were very quiet, breakfast later that morning was great and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The hotel is located close to the gold souq although given the heat I wouldn't recommend walking. It was great value and would definately stay here again.
“Old Dubai accessible from the hotel”
Our delight was returning to see the old Dubai and the Creek after 30 years. This hotel was in walking distance or a short cab ride to the markets and the water taxi. The view also was an enjoyable part of the ambiance.
