Nice basic hotel, Basic breakfast and clear room, rooms have sofa come bed that can be used for 1 or 2 young kids (makes the room a bit tight to walk but works).

The hotel was comfortable and clean. Our expectations were met. However, I always felt vulnerable to the traffic when my family and I arrived or departed the hotel as there is no way for the taxi to pull off the street. Yes, there is some room on the street in front of hotel but it always was filled with two vehicles belonging to the Hotel the the rest of the area was chained off. It is an "accident waiting to happen" so be careful. Unfortunately I did not express this concern to the staff at the hotel when we were there. I hope someone will take note of this. Thank you!

Great place to stay for a short stopover in Dubai. Convenient location near a great park. Good value for the money.

“Basic but good value”

Quite central and Hotel offers a free shuttle service to the Dubai Mall & Jumeriah Beach once per day. Don't book shuttle for Airport transfer though as it is 2 X normal Taxi fare. Same wth soft drinks/snacks at reception, these are up to 4X what you would pay at Waitrose in the Mall.Rooms are small but very clean with only a shower cubicle and no bath. All the staff (except the stand-in shuttle driver who drove straight past us at the beach pick-up point) are pleasant & polite and stop what they are doing to say hello. Breakfast is fine but gets a bit boring after a few days as there isn't much change day to day.

“Good Business Hotel”

The hotel was excellent for the purpose that I was using it for since it is along Sheik Zaed Rd. a little to the south of the main district. You need a car. It is not really in a touist location and people in this catagory would find it a little far from points of interest. At the best of times it would be difficult to find and construction at the time did not help. The hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful.

This hotel is situated in a quiet area but there are taxi's available at all times. The staff are friendly and always helpful. The rooms are nice and clean. Enjoyed the experience very much and will visit again. There is access to the internet and the lobby area is nice to relax in. The breakfast was simple and the beach takes 35 minutes to walk to. It is a safe area and and there is a small market across the road to get basics from.

Showers need better cleaning as they have mold. No other issues.
