“Excellent location.”

Now that the metro system is up and running this hotel is perfectly located for access to the station at the mall. This makes a big difference to the overall cost of getting around the city as the metro is substantially cheaper than a taxi when heading to Deira of Bur Dubai. The hotel itself has extremely friendly staff which made you feel very welcome. Overall I can't find fault with our stay and would certainly use the Hotel again when in Dubai.

Dont be fooled by the name the hotel was second to none and for the money it cost's i doubt you could find a better hotel for location, service and it has all the neccesary amenities. pool, gym, bars, resturants

“Everything you need for a relaxing break”

Very comfortable hotel. I was initially a little worried about the room size after reading other reviews but we had an executive room and it was very large for two of us. Air conditioning worked very well, which isn't always the case in hot countries. So nice to be able to 'pop' to the Mall of the Emerates whenever we fancied as it was only a five min. walk. Sure it was like walking through a building site but then most of Dubai is like that and I'm sure the work will be finished one day. Pool and relaxation area on roof were small but had everything you needed to cool down after a long hot day. Had trouble getting a drink in the lounge late one night so went up to our room and made our own tea and coffee which was fine. Complementary water bottles in room was a nice touch. Easy to get a taxi to anywhere in Dubai. Already wondering when we can return.

“Good Hotel”

We enjoyed our stay at Al Barsha Holiday Inn during our recent trip to Dubai. The staff and hotel were wonderful. There was a lot of construction going on around the hotel itself that was inconvenient but the closeness to Mall of Emerites was a definite plus.

This hotel was well located for attending the boat show at the Marina. Just a short taxi ride away. Staff was very helpful at all hours of the day and night, even walking me to the nearest ATM, and waiting to walk me back! I would stay again if attending the boat show next year.

A fantastic Hotel if your passing through, and expect quality, cleanliness and value for money! Walking distance from the Mall of the Emirates, only 15-20 minutes from the Airport by taxi, and only 5 minute drive from Jumeirah Beach. I have used this Hotel on several occassions now, and it is excellent! I will be using it again.

Outstanding hotel in a great location and close to the metro. The staff were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend booking the breakfast before you go for a much better price. Would highly recommend the hotel.
