“Great experience”

Hilton Dubai Creek is a smart hotel, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone had a warm welcome for their guests.

“Nothing too much trouble”

We booked 3 nights in an executive room and were delighted with the service we received, the exectuive lounge was availible until 11pm every day where we could order complimentary hot and cold drinks and snacks several times a day. Nothing was too much trouble and all staff were extremely helpful and polite. The hotel is located on the Dubai Creek and we had fantastic views over the Creeek from the floor to ceiling window, as a tourist wanting to get a snapshot of the city and beech areas we felt the hotel was well located and would definately use it again if we return.

“excellent except for bathrooms”

rooms were very modern, but comfortable; would definitely stay there again. only problem is the bathroom lighting. as a woman, could not apply makeup, etc. aside from that, terrific

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Its very close to the creek and gold souks where we enjoyed haggling with the locals. The staff in the hotel were very helpful and our room had an excellent view across the creek. Gordon Ramsay's restaurant is a must, the food was excellent. I'd recommend taking the shuttle bus down to the sister hotel at the beach which is just as good as this hotel.

“An excellent hotel, good location”

I chose this hotel because I wanted a top grade hotel in a good location by the Dubai Creek and not too far from the airport as we were only staying one night. As it happened we had a creekside view over the Dhow wharfage on the 13th executive floor just below the rooftop pool. A brilliant view over the city and along the creek to the gulf. The room was very comfortable with slippers and dressing gowns provided. Check-in & out was very smooth & efficient & the staff were very helpful. Dinner in the Glasshouse restaurant was very good with plenty of choice & good service. Definitely a chrome & marble hotel & unfortunately my wife now knows the type of bathroom she wants at home. The only negative point was that they ran out of hot water for 30 mins, too many people showering at once I guess.

“Hilton Dubai Creek ROCKS!!”

The Hilton Dubai Creek is a beautiful hotel with some of the best staff that I've ever had the pleasure to meet. They went out of their way for every request that I made and were a true joy to be around. The view from the rooftop pool is amazing, and a great reason to stay there by itself. The onsite restaurants and bar were very good and give you no reason to leave the hotel. This was definately one of the best hotel stays that I've ever had and I would certainly recommend it to anyone traveling to Dubai. Despite its location, the cheap price of cabs makes traveling to the many sites of the city affordable.

“Good Hotel to Stay”

I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Dubai Creek. It was my first time staying at this hotel and I really enjoyed it. The room was next to the elevator and I wondered if this would be noisy with people coming in and out of the elevator. To my surprise I did not hear anyone outside. I enjoyed the view from my room as the outside wall is all window. At night the lights of the other buildings nearby really were nice to see. I even had a view of Dubai Creek. The hotel is centrally located to a lot of tourist sites such as Dubai Creek, City Centre Mall, the Souks, etc. The staff at the hotel were very nice and accommodating. I will stay at this hotel again.
