“House of Mirrors!”
Room lovely, views over Dubai creek spectacular but TOO ultra-modern. Too much polished marble, glass, chrome and mirrors in the public areas and lifts - we felt as though we were in a fairground house of mirrors, and found it very disorientating - never sure if we were about to walk through a doorway or into a wall as every surface is glass or mirrors (or both!). Breakfast was not quite the Hilton breakfast we are used to, and found it strange to be handed a menu card for a buffet breakfast. We were told to order from the card if we wished, but when we did so, were told the items were all on the buffet and to help ourselves. Very strange system and unnecessarily complicated. Service at breakfast was slow, no coffee refills offered, and pot of tea was cold when delivered on both mornings. After a previous stay at the other Hilton in Dubai (at Jumierah Beach) which was fabulous, this hotel was quite a let-down.
“No Service at all”
When booking a room you expect it to be ready at the usual check in time of 2pm... not told to wait until 3.30pm to have your room ready. Extremely frustrating after a long flight and with no form of compensation at all... non existant service skills, do not recommend this hotel at all. For the price and location... would recommend going elsewhere
“Awesome service, excellent staff we were treated like royalty, very rare today.”
We enjoyedcour stay at the Hilton, stanff excellent, went out of their way to please us,nothing was too much trouble, always with a genuine smile, chandra ?,at front desk arrange our tours and were excellent ,we saw things the normal tourist wouldn't see.the only negative was mechanical, the lift dood closed heavily on my wife and severly bruised her arm, this ALS happened to a male tourist,we did reort it to the front desk, butt the bruising did not show until we were on our 14hr flight to australi.I will contact the hotel separatlly on this matter as we have to attend a doctor tomorrow in Australia.I would give a rating of nine out of ten to the Dubai creek Hilton, beside the accident happening, thank you Graham and Graham Donald.
“Excellent”
The Hilton Dubai Creek is an excellent hotel. The reception staff are very professional and extremely helpful. To get to the hotel from the airport by Taxi cost around 20D, which is very cheap. Our room was a standard room which was very spacious, clean and had everything you need. The buffet breakfast had it ALL. My husbands birthday was the day before we left, the housekeeping department made a huge cake out of towels and petals for him and also a small chocolate cake. Don't get that at your average hotel.!!! I highly recommend this hotel.
“Dubai Creek”
Staff could do nothing wrong always willing to help. Food great and the atmosphere is always inviting
“Nice hotel to stay”
We booked the hotel via Expedia for a two day visit of Dubai. On our arrival we received a corner room overlooking the creek at the third floor. The noise level was fine and the condition of the room excellent. The breakfast buffet was ample. Water taxis are available at walking distance. A taxi to the major shopping centres did cost about 50 Dirham in 2011 with both public and the ones in front of the hotel. We would stay there again and recommend the hotel to a friend.
“Hilton Dubai Creek ROCKS!!”
The Hilton Dubai Creek is a beautiful hotel with some of the best staff that I've ever had the pleasure to meet. They went out of their way for every request that I made and were a true joy to be around. The view from the rooftop pool is amazing, and a great reason to stay there by itself. The onsite restaurants and bar were very good and give you no reason to leave the hotel. This was definately one of the best hotel stays that I've ever had and I would certainly recommend it to anyone traveling to Dubai. Despite its location, the cheap price of cabs makes traveling to the many sites of the city affordable.
“IT IS AGOOD HOTEL”
ONLY THE RESTORAT LUNCH WAS NOT GOOD
“What you would expect for the money”
The Hilton Dubai Creek is a comfortable up-market hotel, with all the usual trappings, including a good roof-top pool and bar, a reasonable gym and a Gordon Ramsay restaurant for those inclined to pay top dollar for a meal.
“Great Look, Great Views, Great Weekend”
Going to Dubai is a great weekend get-away for us expat residents of Qatar and my favorite place to stay is the Hilton Dubai Creek. I love the views from the rooftop pool/lounge. The bustling madness of the Dhow Harbour is right at your feet and the city skyline, featuring the Burj Khalifa, is a modern wonder. I recommend spending a little extra to get one of the corner rooms in the front of the hotel so that you can also enjoy these views from your bed! I also love the look of the place - the lobby, hallways and rooms are all chrome, glass and black granite.

Deira, Dubai, United Arab Emirates: On the north side of Dubai Creek, Deira is an interface between the high-rise business city and the traditional Arab trading port. Modern malls give way to ancient souks selling silks, spices, gold, perfumes, and a lively fish market. A broad waterfront promenade leads past the dhow wharf, where the wooden vessels offload their cargos. Beyond lie the dhow boat-building yards, and Dubai Creeks ritzy golf and yacht club.
