“Great Hotel Service EXCEPTIONAL”

Staff and waiters could not do enough for us (2 adults 2 children). We had a garden room looking onto the tennis courts was ok. Tried all the restaurants - all very good but you pay a premium for 5 star as you would in any country. Drinks costly but then again to be expected. Pool area and beach are fabulous. Would go back without hesitation. There is a lot of building work in the area but it did not bother us and looking at the plans for the mariner, there is going to be a lot more in the future. Recommend Desert Safari with dine under the stars. Visit Emirates Hills Golf Club good value for money food and drinks with great veiws over course. Wild Wadi was fun for all the family and good value for money. Burg Al Arab fantastic but you can only go in if you book into one of the restaurants. It cost us 400 uk pound for a buffet meal for 4 but that included wine. It was an experience. If your going to buy gold do your homework and know the price of gold and diamonds. Emirates Mall is fantastic but dont expect to bag a bargain it is not cheap. Dont expect Dubai to be cheap as it is not. The only thing that are, are the taxis, we took them everywhere. Carefull on the Dhow Cruise with diner you book with (lots to choose from), we went with Oasis Palm. Nice cruise but suffered with stomach problems and sickness. Overall we had a great trip.

“Great hotel”

Excellent hotel and facilities with very good restaurants on offer. Very good and attentive service all round. Slight gripe on the amount of building work in the near vicinity which looks a little unsightly and made it impossible to walk from the front of the hotel. Any trip from the hotel requires a taxi!

“Such a lovely hotel”

This was not my first time in this hotel. For sure we will come back again . The only annoying point was the maintanance of the wood parts and carpets in the rooms which I realize they need more attention.

“A trip to remember”

When we first walked in to the hotel we thought that it was not quite a cosmopolitan as we had hoped for. That all changed the following days as we found out that it very much is a cosmopolitan hotel. We had a Club room sea view which overlooked The Palm and had excellent views of Dubai's main attractions. I would recommend a Club room for the added service and facilities including breakfast, and in particular afternoon tea, not to mention free drinks between 6pm and 8pm. All this is on the 25 Floor. The hotel has some great restaurants too. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely go back.

hotel was excellent with great service and amenities. would definitely stay there again. minor point was it was a little over pricey for food and drinks.

“Great Hotel in Dubai!”

This was our thrid time to dubai and second time to this hotel. We moved rooms because the first was by the bar and very loud. Staff were great, we had a wonderful babysitter (Lea) who our son still talks about, she was wonderful. Overall, a great stay, and very friendly staff. We'll be back.

The staff at the reception was very polite, helpful and co-operative (Philip) and check-in was very quick although we have arrived in the morning, i.e. well before the standard check-in time. The room was as we expected it to be - with a sea view and very clean. Coffee and tea free of charge and fresh fruits in the afternoon. The restaurants are a bit noisy on Thursday and Friday, but at the 7th floor we didn't have any problems to sleep. The breakfast was very rich - in line with the expectations for a 5* hotel. In brief, a great place to stay!
