Guests of the Habtoor Grand Beach Resort & Spa can work up a sweat at the pool, tennis or squash courts before relaxing at the Elixir Spa, with its sauna and steam room, or get a facial treatment and massage. Alternatively, guests can move to the adjacent Jumeirah Beach, where they will find sun loungers and umbrellas to help them relax on the hotel's private beach. The hotel features meeting, banqueting and conference facilities that can accommodates smaller groups as well as venues up to 1000 guests. “Port Call in Dubai”

This was a fun place to see my husband. The hotel was nice and rooms very comfortable. Great pools (3 to try) and many delicous restaurants, you would never have to leave if you didnt want to see the rest of the city. It was a quick taxi ride to everywhere maxium 30 minutes or a 5 minute walk to the brand new metro (very cheap a day pass for shopping). The only thing that bothered me on the trip was that some nights the club on the grounds was playing music very loudly until 2 or 3am. I am a light sleeper so I didnt get much rest those nights. They need to either turn is down or triple pane the glass to reduce the noise in the hotel rooms. Staff was very nice and a very clean place. I would stay here again. Oh and the internet was very pricey!! I'm used to hotels having free wifi so that was a bit of a suprise but I will read more carefully next time.

Souk Mandinat was great for shopping Burj Khalifa is a must for tourists Take a desert safari if you want to experience some dune bashing, camel rides, etc. very touristy but everyone enjoyed

“Habtoor Grand Resort and Spa Dubai”

This hotel is absolutely superb. Working in the Travel Industry and seeing hotels all around the world on a regular basis, I would rate this as the best of any experience I've had. If you want top class service in a top class hotel, with top class facilities, in Dubai, stay at the Habtoor Grand Resort and Spa. It will not let you down.

“Great hotel for the price and great location”

The hotel was great! There are plenty of nice restaurants and amenities for everyone. The hotel taxis are more expensive than the regular taxis, but if you tell the men out front, they will get you the regular taxis parked at the end of the drive. Also, the hotel does not have an ATM. You will need to get cash while on excursions into the malls or other attractions. Overall, we enjoyed a wonderful stay at the hotel.

“i will never go back , even if i have to sleep in the street”

they need better trained stuff, I asked the lady in the front desk to charge me for one day breakfast , she made a mistake and charged me for two days , and i was just arriving , i didn't pay too close attention because I trusted the lady , when I went to my room and after I took a shower , i checked the receipt for what I was charged for , and I found out that she charged me for two days , and I went back to the front desk and explain what happened , and the gentlman answer was " I can't help you , it's already charged to your card " i was surprise, no more coments i said.

“Good hotel”

Beautiful hotel, resort style - sit at the pool or beach. Room clean. Queue at reception can take some time.

Getting around

taxi to emirates mall approx AED 30; taxi to dubai mall approx AED 40; taxi to burj al arab approx AED25.

“Bad Management”

I stayed here for five days, its a nice place if you want to use the beach and the swimming pool, but when things go wrong the don't do anything to assist you. On my last night of stay, their electricity went out and the problem was not fixed until our check out time the next day, we were not able to use the TV or any electric device and we had to take showers in the dark, me and wife had to stay in that heated room in the dark until our check out time. When we checked out they did not apologize at all which was shocking to us. Because we had to run to the airport we didn't have time to talk to the manager, but one thing for sure, I will never stay there again.

“Discrimination - Disappointed”

I would have given this hotel an overall rating of 4, but based on my husband's experiences the highest I can rate it is a 2. We stayed a total of five nights, but I had to return back to work on the third day. After I left, my husband dealt with several issues of discrimination. Even when it was brought to the attention of the staff nothing was done to correct the situation. This was beyond disappointing and I expected so much more from a 5 star hotel. Needless to say we will not be returning and I would not recommend this hotel.

“Big Rooms @ Habtoor Grand”

Nivce hotel wih spacious rooms, a bit of mould in the shower. Lobby could have beeen bigger. Lovely Horizon Pool.

“Not impressed”

we did not like the hotel and the swiming pool area had a lot of crows flying around- not very relaxing
