“A fantastic hotel would visit again”

Fantastic hotel great staff, great facilities, club room and lounge first class. Having visted Dubai on many occassions in my view one of the best hotels. Easy 5 minute mini bus trip to beach at Merdian Beach Resort and Spa

“great hotel !!!”

We spent a great amount of time researching hotels for our trip and finally settled on the Grosvenor. In the end a great decision !!! The hotel itself is packed with great ( albeit pricy ) restaraunt's and the room we had was terrific. Staff were very attentive and even knew our names after a few days. The breakfast is fantastic as was our free upgrade which meant free drinks and canapee's from 6 till 8 with views of the Palm !!! overall can not fault the hotel and staff, terrific

“Excellent hotel”

I would thoroughly recommend the Grosvenor House West Marina Beach. The hotel was amazing. The service is absolutely first class, we were treated like kings! The rooms are of very high quality. The beds are massive and very comfortable!! Every day you are left complimentary fruit/water and every afternoon brought complimentary pastries/cakes - these little things really make a big difference. By the pool you are brought water and fruit and the staff can't do enough for you. The hotel is extremley well kept. There is an amount of building work going on around but you have to expect this in Dubai and you barley even notice it. The hotel is a 5-10min drive from the Bur Al Arab but taxi's are very cheap - about 2 pounds for this journey.

“Great Hotel”

We picked the hotel based on the reviews on Tripadvisor. We were not disapointed. We stayed in a club room and were picked up by a white Lexus from the airport. We would recomend a club room as it gets you a better room and access to the club louge. The hotel is very well laid out with very good restaurants and bars. There are number of great bars particularly bar 44 at the top of the hotel which has great views and lovely cocktails. The budda bar is well worth a visit although it is rather expensive for the standard of food. We have eaten in a number of michelin star restaurants and the food is not to that standard but is a similar price. The staff were excellent and extremely friendly. They could not do enoiugh to help. The hotel is very well decorated and guests are encouraged to be smartly dressed which adds to the ambiance. There is a shuttle bus to the beach which takes about 5 mins at the sister hotel, Le Meridian. The beach is beautiful and staff come round with cold towels and sorbe. The water is like a bath and there are life guards on view at all times. There is a lot of building work but it did not bother us as we used taxis everywhere. At night we also did not notice the noise being on the 37th floor plus the beds are extremely comfortable. Overal a great hotel where you can relax and enjoy Dubai. Dubai itself is not cheap but it is well worth a visit.

The service is first call. The hotel is 5 starts and it feels like 5 stars in all senses.

The Grosvenor House provided us with an exceptional place to stay while attending to business and relaxing. The staff was most willing to help us in any way. We will definitely stay there next time. The location is excellent, with a great view of the marina, the Palm, etc. The breakfast buffet is "over the top".

“Excellent Service”

The hotel was wonderful, we stayed at a slow time for the hotel and the staff was wonderful. From jumping out to open your door on arrival to taking your bags to the cab on your departure they were great. Even the cabs were lined up waiting, and when they put you into one, they gave you a direction card for the cabbie to get you back and the cab number so if you forgot something in it, they could track it down for you. With Ramadan well in swing, we ate and drank at the hotel for most of the stay. The food was excellent, the room service was quick and discrete, and the operator made sure to repeat your order, which she always had right the first time. The beach was wonderful, the service there was no different then the hotel itself. The shuttle was right on taking us there and within minutes of walking out front, the shuttle was waiting on us. They were very helpful for a late check out also as our flight did not leave till 10 pm, they allowed us to check out at 5pm and keep our bags in the room till we were ready to head to the airport. Would definitely stay here again.

Best Hotel so far i have stayed in, in Dubai . Spot-less through-out, staff could not do enough for you, and through out our stay we had so many complimentary l things that made such a lot to me. I will defiantly be returning one day soon..

“Absolutely fantastic!”

We stayed at Grosvenor House in Aug 09 to celebrate our anniversary & my husbands birthday. We were greeted on arrival with cool towels & cold drink even though it was almost midnight. We were then immediately upgraded to a one bed apartment suite. My husband was touched on the first night when we returned to our room to find a bottle of Champagne and a birthday cake. The hotel is immaculate with fresh roses everywhere. A rose was also delivered to our room each night with a little treat, fresh fruit & poem-an extra touch that made us feel very special. We had access to an exclusive lounge which served complimentary refreshments & pastries through out the day & alcoholic drinks & buffet food at night. You could easily schedule your day around this constant flow of food and drink & never have to pay for meals or alcohol! The lounge is on the top floor & has a great view of the famous Dubai Palm & marina. We tried one of the onsite restaurants - Buddha Bar - which was amazing. The decor was beyond anything I could do justice to describing here, & the food (Japanese/Thai) was delicious. The pool was intimate & never over crowded, staff were very attentive & would deliver iced water & fresh fruit to your sun bed. The service was impeccable throughout our stay and to round it all off, the hotel arranged for us to be transported to the airport in a BMW, I felt like royalty. I would highly recommend this hotel & cant wait to return as soon as finances allow!
