“Fabulous”

“Look forward to my next stay!”

The hotel was amazing! Got upgraded to a suite upon arrival. The staff was friendly and helpful. The gourmet breakfast and pre-dinner drinks on the 44th floor Club Lounge were exceptional. I love that I could use the facilities at the sister hotel, the pools and beach was great!

“good hotel; a lot of constructions around. would not recommand it to my friends”

globally a good hotel with correct services. but employees are not trained enough, we do realize that they want to give you satisfaction, but the result is not always there. Hotel is surrounded by constractions and access to hotel is quite complicated..

“in a high construction zone”

It is true that this hotel has great service and the rooms are very nice, but it is has construction on two sides which means frequent noise and and difficulty walking anywhere. It is also noisy in the rooms (can hear conversations in other rooms). I had an 'ocean view' room, but the view was mostly blocked by the new building going up in front. To add to the problems the wireless computer connection was down about 60% of the time I was there. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel. Given the price, I thought it was poor value.

Away from the very new areas with lots of construction like the marina.

“Amazing hotel!”

My daughter and I spent 3 days in this wonderful hotel in the first week of November. It was perfect. Service was outstanding (the staff love guests that are polite and don't demand the impossible!), the room absolute luxury. We were on the 37th floor with access to the executive lounge and loved it. Commuting to the beach was easy. Treated ourselves to dinner at Gary Rhodes signature restaurant. Only disappointment was that it would have been too gauche to take a photograph! I definitely recommend this hotel and will most certainly stay there again.

Area recommendations

Loved the Bastakia galleries and found Dubai Mall definitely the best for unique clothes shopping.
