“Great option”

This place is new so they're keen to please. Service is good and cleanliness is faultless. Rooftop pool is nice and quiet. The location is good but beware: many cab drivers don't know about it yet and will take you to the other Four Points hotels around town unless you're very specific!

The hotel was well placed to visit Bur Dubai the Souks of Deira as well as the newest parts of Dubai and the shopping malls

“Clean Hotel with caring staff.”

My wife and I stayed for three days and three nights at this Four Points. Upon arrival the staff was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. We arrived early and even though I had not requested an early check in, the person checking us in made arrangements right away without any hassle. We stayed in a Preferred room on the 7th floor. The room was large, the bed was comfy, washroom was a decent size. The hotel in general was extra clean. Every staff member we ran into, in the hallway, concierge, restaurants was extremely nice and helpful. Location of the hotel is extremely convenient - only 10 minutes from the airport. Cab drivers are familiar with this location. Make sure you mention its the Four points in Bur Dubai on Mankhool, as there is another Four points 5 mins away. We opted for the breakfast buffet. Plenty of selection, from cereal to eggs the way you want. There is a currency exchange and a small store for snacks available around the corner. There was also the Burjamn (sp) centre approx ten mins walking distance. Majority of our travel was carried out by cabs and one was always available in front of the hotel. Someone was always availalble to answer our questions and offer advise on sites to see and places to check out. Excellent experience.

A really good hotel and better than some of the 5 star hotels in the area. Rooms were very good and staff friendly and happy to help.

“Great Hotel”

Superb hotel. Very clean, nice large room. Excellent service. The porters and the reception staff were all very polite and always willing to help. Located nearer old Dubai rather than the new Jumairah area but not a problem to get around if you hire a car.

Definitely would reccomend this hotel for your stay in Dubai. Staff were excellent and everything was spotlessly clean. We chose this hotel for location, and it suited our needs very well,close to the airport, and not too far from the shopping centres by cab. Surrounding neighborhood a bit boring but we were there only for one day as a stopover . It was totally adequate for what we required.

Really clean hotel, great breakfast and great price. Its Dubai so the location doesn't really matter as all attractions are spread out! Taxis are cheap enough and the hotel offers a free shuttle service to the beach and mall! Free wifi in the lobby was convenient as were the various options for food. All in all a great stay, will definately stay here again when I return to Dubai.

“Great value hotel with excellent service”

The hotel is in walking distance from the Bur Juman shopping centre and this is excellent. In my opinion just as good as any other shopping centre that Dubai has to offer. If you venture further afield in a taxi bare in mind that the whole infrastucture is being altered and delays often occur. The hotel was excellent and provided a welcoming roof top pool. Although the hotel is only one year old it is alreay showing some signs of decay. For example my bathroom had a leak on the floor, which I reported but was not attended to. However on the whole this was a great value for money hotel and my satisfaction levels were high.
