Special Check-In Instructions

The Dubai International Hotel is located adjacent to Terminals 1 and 3, and is meant exclusively for transit passengers.
Guests who book a stay in the hotel cannot go out of the airport, nor can they retrieve checked-in luggage.
Guests should not proceed through passport control, as they will then not be able to access the hotel.
Guests travelling on Air Emirates flights will be accommodated in guestrooms in Terminal 3. Guests travelling on other airlines will be accommodated in guestrooms in Terminal 1.

Property Amenities

Dubai International Airport Terminal Hotel comprises two locations in the airport: Arrivals level of Terminal 1 (Sheikh Rashid Terminal) and the Terminal 3 concourse. Each features a G Force Health Club with a state-of-the-art gym, swimming pool, and separate steam rooms and spa tubs for women and men. In addition, the Sheikh Rashid Terminal location includes spa services and saunas.

“Very Convenient”

Hotel prices/availability in Dubai very vastly depending on season and what event is going on. This hotels is located just above the gates so it is very convenient. It is sligh tly prcied higher then similar hotels close to airport(where I stayed in the past) the trade off is you save taxi fare and transit time. This hotel when it was opened few years back was very $$$ now it is 50% off the earlier price. Bed and bathroom were clean. Light carpet showed stains/usage. Food options are eateries in the airport and there is room service which I did not use. If quality is maintained I would recommend this and also stay there in future.

“For long layovers in Dubai”

This hotel is only for travelers in transit through DXB. It was an easy walk from the plane to the front desk. We didn't need to retrieve our bags because we were on an outbound flight several hours later. It was easy, clean, and comforatble.

“If you can't sleep there is all night duty free”

The hotel was pricey for my budget, but what a luxury to get off a 16 hour flight and straight into a hot shower. It was clean and well appointed. It was also surprisingly quiet and peaceful. When jet lag prevented us from falling straight to sleep we went downstairs and wandered thru the airport's excellent duty free shops til 2am. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and I am finicky about beds and bedding. The next morning we woke up an hour before boarding time and had plenty of time to spare to enjoy a coffee and croissant. I'll definitely use the hotel again and highly recommend it.

“Good place to break long trip”

Dubai International Airport is a welcome oasis after a long packed flight from the US. Nearly all the comforts -- TV, minibar, huge shower, thick bathrobes, toothbrush, paste, razor and room service. Wireless internet is sketchy -- what would a few extra routers and boosters cost the hotel chain? Conveniently located near all major international gates and bling central. If you like heavy gold chains with medallions, Dubai International is for you. Word of warning: pack a plane bag with a change of clothes, cosmetics, essentials. You can't bring your checked luggage into the hotel. It stays in transit. And, for the first time in my experience, the airport enforced a whopping $84 fee to transfer one checked bag from United to a regional carrier for the next leg.

“Great hotel, difficult to find.”

This is an excellent hotel for those wishing to break their flight to or from Australia to Euope. We had a ten hour lay over between flights. Staff were extremely courteous and helpful at 1.00am in the morning when we arrived from London. The hotel is difficult to find in the airport. Signage and explanation that you have to go through security after leaving your arrival flight and go to departures would help. ( Not through customs as we stayed in the hotel inside the airport) . We relied on previous expedia traveller information that you can find the elevator to the 5th floor hotel near departure gates 214-5, rather than any information from the hotel itself. The hotel was clean and comfortable and suited us well.

“Jet Lag does not help you find hotel”

there should be better signage for the hotel in the airport and having East or West on our booking would have helped . we asked attendants for help, by the time we got to our room it was about 45mins since we left the plane, had to go through security then up to reception and another 3 minute walk (more like 15 mins.) to our room. therefore can't justify the cost for a few hours sleep, should have just slept at our next departure gate for the night.

“Dubai Airport Hotel”

Great hotel for an extended airport stop. Reasonable in price considering the cost of hotels in Dubai. Cannot retrieve checked luggage so pack the stuff you need in your carryon.

“Nice Transit Hotel”

This hotel is very convenient for travelers connecting inside terminal 3 at DXB. It was clean and refreshing...just what you need after being in the plane for 13 hours. They provided free wifi and a few bottles of water.

“Excellent Overnight”

Excellent overnight break between 11.30pm arrival from Rome and 10.30am departure to Sydney. Great not to have to go through immigration as did not leave the airport. Meet and greet perfect - no problems with check in and check out. Have read other reviews re stains on carpet etc and will agree that the carpet was a little stained but, perhaps, white carpet is not ideal for hotel rooms. Expensive for an overnight but well worth it .
