Me and my wife absolutely loved this hotel... I would say that this hotel should be 7 start instead of 5! One of the best customer services and the cleanest hotel in the world! no joke! I travel a lot!

At check in front desk staff tried to sell updates. However, the accomodations and staff were excemplary. It was an awsome place to stay. Would return AGAIN.

We only stayed 1 night, but would definitely come back for a longer stay. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, our 2 little kids got lots of attention (and were able to eat free), the location is terrific for shopping at Festival City (a great mall) and our room was extremely comfortable and large enough to fit a baby bed for my youngest.

I was in dubai for 4 days and was the best days of comforty I ever had. the hotel is close to a shopping mall, movie theatre and close to all attractions area. I will always stay in this hotel while in dubai

There is a room service menu which is small but adequate and for more options you can walk to Festival City Mall (indoors thru the hotel next door), there is a walkway and you can eat from the many fast food restaraunts in the food court or you can eat in the many restaraunts like Chili's, MORE, Japango, etc..there are many there. I rented a car at the airport...seems to be cheaper to do that and booked thru Expedia instead of at the mall or at the hotel. Easy access to the airport, either Terminal 1 (all airlines except Emirates) or 3 (Emirates airlines).

“Very impressed”

Lovely hotel interlinked with Festival City Mall for shopping and reasonably priced dining. Convenient for the airport but a bit out of the city, taxis are cheap and readily available though. Staff were very helpful and polite. Nice rooms overlooking the Creek. Recommend the Hop on/Hop off bus tour to see all the Dubai highlights and the Desert safari was also good fun.

“A Great Place for Dubai”

The Crowne Plaza Festival City is a great place to stay in Dubai. It is attached to an excellent shopping mall. It is also close to both Diera and Bur Dubai as well as Emirates Road (#311), so it is fairly quick to get to a number of different areas in Dubai and the neighboring emirates. The hotel itself has good amenities and services. The staff are well-trained for the service industry. I will stay here again.
