“Ready to book another trip”
Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The staff pleasant. Although check in was at 2pm we got there at 10am and by 10.30am we were in our rooms. The breakfast was great - very rich with various dishes. Enjoyed lazing by the pool and jacuzzi also had a full body massage - very relaxing.
“Can't wait to go back”
This was a great hotel to stay at. We would reccommend it to everyone and anyone. From the minute we entered until the minute we left the service we recieved was second to none. Nothing was too much.

I stay in this hotel every time I go to Dubai, it's worm family kind, clean, good service, nice food, I like there breakfast, and there swimming pool, even it's small but very clean.
“4 Star service at 3 Star Price - Nice Rooms”
This was my first trip to Dubai as an American and I was nervous to go actually, however, the travel in me decide I had to check out this new destination. In looking at hotels I found them to be very expensive and when I booked this hotel at a lower price I was nervous. The service was 4-4.5 star and the rooms 3.5-4 stars. Free newspaper, coffee, friendly front desk staff, and a great concierge.

it was nice stay generally but there park is totaly far from the building and takes so long , but it was free , services was ok and i recommend this hotel for families

Very courteous and professional staff. Located in great proximity to airport and souqs. Very nice rooms, and amenities! Checked in from an expedia booking with ease!
“OK if you do not want a drink with your meal”
The hotel is of good standard, however taxi drivers could not find it from the centre of Dubai and it does not sell alcohol.

staff were excellen, indian restaurant was excellent and the health club staff were very good, and the massages were excellent, overall we would reconmend this hotel.

Overall this hotel is good. It's quiet. The breakfast was great. The staff were okay, depending on whom you deal with. It is located in the "old city" so if you want to visit those famous sightseeing sites you need a car. But you do get a chance to see the old Dubai which is great, I think.
“Not Impressed. An overpriced 5* that is 3* at best”
Overall offers very limited things for the price of the stay. Staff very imporsonal and quiet insensitive. No guests are allowed in room and they are required to submit their Passport or other ID if they come to room. Food was average at best and Room servise was more then 2 hrs late in bringing the food. Staff quoted different prices for the same service and Room was not ready when promised. I will try a different place if had a choice. No Free internet service and very limited business support available if any. Can not print from personal PC / Laptop. Location is no way convinient to the Business district even though it is close. Trafic is horrible and getting a texi to go to Deira a big pain.
