We cannot fault the hotel. The hotel was immaculate and the service out of this world. The staff went out of their way to ensure the children were well catered for - from the PS2 in the suite to kid's menus in the restaurant. They organised our airport transfers, our tours and restaurant bookings to ensure that everything lived up to and went beyond our expectations. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

It was the best 2 days in Dubai, The staff at Burj Al Arab was above and beyond our imagination of godd customer service. One really get their monies worth staying at this magnificent hotel. It's was a once in a lifetime experience we will never forget. We both plan to definitely go back.

This is definitely the most luxurious hotel I have ever stayed in. Everyone should try to stay there at least once in their lifetime. Nothing is too much trouble - you are made to feel like royalty. The staff are so pleasant. It was a real treat.

I had 2 days in Dubai, and decided to go for it and stay at the Burj Al Arab as one of those 'bucket list" items- and I wasnt disappointed. It was amazing from the moment you drive up to the hotel across the private bridge. The staff were extremely accomodating, and considering my sister,her kids and I were awestruck and giddy, very understanding and gracious. You get your own floor concerage and butler, each room is a 2 floor suite, and the breakfast buffet included in the price was amazing! The kids loved the outdoor pool, and next time, if ever, I would do the hotel restaurant on the 26th floor. We even saw a former us president as a vip guest there! Deserves the 7 star rating
