Nice rooms, pleasant staff, centrally located in old Dubai. Free shuttle to beach is icing on the cake. Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone visiting Dubai.

“Good Dubai experience”

This was a good choice. It was great value for money and the service was good. What I particularly liked was that it had something of an Arabian flavour without sacrificing any of the comfort and cleanliness I would expect in an international hotel. The only disadvantage in the room was that the furniture (except the bed) was all wood and not that comfortable for relaxation. The location within the old city gives provides a good experience

“Arabian Charisma”

This hotel has a very Arabian feel to it, evident in all the decor, with the use of marble and antiques in public areas. There is a very attractive spa area and an outdoor pool. I was very impressed with the courtesy and high service levels of all staff members, always smiling and ready to assist in any way. While I would not call this a five star hotel, I would happily return because of the Arabian feel, and the lovely staff. It is a 5 minute walk to the creek where you can take an abra ride for 1 dirham, or a 25 dirham taxi ride from the huge Dubai Mall with the dancing fountains and designer shops. The airport is also a short distance, and there is a huge souvenir shop next door with very good prices, as well as a supermarket nearby.

The Arabian Courtyard Hotel and Spa was a very good experience for us. The staff and management were most helpful, courteous and friendly and could not do enough for us. Take the gloss and the glamour away from the Burj Al Arab and you have this hotel. Most importantly, it is centrally located and this is important in Dubai as most of the hotels are quite a distance outside the city. We were right in the centre of things. The tour bus went by every 15 minutes and the museum was directly across the road as were the Souks (markets) which were a short walk away. The creek and the ferryboats were also a short walk. From the several restaurants in the hotel to the lovely little coffee shop in the lobby, the hotel was well-equipped for all travellers and all pockets. We were amazed at how cheap everything was, especially the taxis. Do not hesitate to book this hotel.

“Great hotel & location”

Great hotel. Clean, very friendly & helpful staff. Check out the doorman, he is a real character. Had an executive room which allows you to breakfast in the executive room & also free tea, coffee & soft drinks all day. You are allowed 3 alcoholic drinks per evening for 2 hours in the room also. The hotel is in a good location (if you don't want to spend a fortune on beachside hotels) near the creek which is a nice place to spend an evening sitting outside 1 of the restarants watching all the boats going up & down the creek. The hotel offers a free return shuttle to the Jumeirah beach park once a day and even supply you with beach packs to take with you. Ate in the Sherlock Holmes pub which was good & not too expensive. Swimming pool on the slightly small side but perfectly adequate for a quick dip to cool off in. Visit Dubai mall in the evening to watch the dancing fountains show. If going to the Atlantis hotel's aquadventure waterpark, get the taxi to drop you off at monorail station at the start of the palm. You get great views of the palm & the hotel. Ski dubai is the biggest & best indoor ski slope i have ever visited. Also a desert safari doing dune bashing is not to be missed - great fun. All in all a great holiday - Dubai is a great place & would defintely stay at the Arabian Courtyard hotel again.

I want to thank everyone at this hotel for making my trip such a great experience. My trip was seven days long. I booked this hotel for three nights with a thought to change it later if I do not like the service which was due to reading couple of bad reviews here on this site from others that how hotel staff but after two nights stay I was truly impressed by the staff hospitality and courtesy that I ended up extending my stay in the hotel for rest of the days. You guys rock! Thank you so much

“Great location & staff”

This hotel is in a great location, the staff are super friendly (esp the conceirge), room was very comfortable and clean. Only wish I time to try out the spa there! Breakfast was also wonderful too....great selection.

Staff were outstanding , rooms were very clean good value for money. Taxi service at your doorstep 24/7. All tourist attraction not more then twenty mins away. Good place to stay if you are shopping for fabric. Good experience overall.
