“Fantastic hotel!!”

This hotel was everything we expected, and had a wonderful ambience. Centrally located, 5 minute walk to the Dubai Mall, with a complimentary shuttle to the main areas. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Dubai, made our trip extremely enjoyable!!

“a 4 star hotel with a good location”

the location was good as its near Dubai mall, there was no iron in the room ,, u have to order it from the room service,, the view was amazing from the window of the room as you can see the old town, the food of the hotel wasnt tasty ,, dont order from them,, for the last day you have to check out at 12 pm and there is no exception,, one more thing there is no hair dryer in the room, and the shower fit and slipper was only for one person not for 2 although we were couples

“Nice room - super nice area but no privacy”

overall nice - i liked evrything - 5m walking to dubai mall- the area is super nice - only thing i didn't like is the bathroom inside the room, where you have no privacy at all.

“Highly Recommended”

Although we only stayed at Al Manzil for only 36 hours, it was enough time for the staff to make us feel looked after. We were only using Dubai as a stopover to break up our journey from the UK back Australia. We needed a comfortable hotel to relax and rest and didn't need 5 star luxury, however this hotel went the extra mile for us that it was just as good as one. On our outward journey we stayed at a luxury resort which had plenty of bling and opulence. I realize this is a big reason people go to Dubai, however these hotels are vast and generally impersonal (and expensive). We had a goidcdeal on a Burj view suite which had plenty of room, a fantastic bathroom and great view. The staff impressed us the most - very accomodating. We were travelling with a baby, and a cot was quickly brought to our room at 1am and they helped us with sterilizing bottles with little fuss - not something I was expecting from a "business hotel". They even dropped us off at Dubai Mall, when they realized we were going to take a taxi for the 5 minute journey in the 46 degree heat. I would definitely stay here again with my family. It's close to Dubai city, and on the doorstep of the largest Mall and tallest building in the world. It's clean, contemporary and stylish but without the overdone brashness & expense of almost all the hotels in Dubai.

“Would definitely stay here again”

We stayed here for three nights during an extended layover in Dubai at the tail end of a vacation. I would definitely recommend the hotel for both vactioners and business travelers -- spotlessly clean, well appointed rooms with a very helpful and friendly staff. Good location in downtown, across from Burj Al Khalifa and the Dubai Mall and relatively close to a Metro stop. Highly recommend grabbing a drink in the adjacent Neos Bar (63rd floor of the Address) for a great view at night too.

“Excellent location”

Excellent service, great room facing the Burj (tallest building), 10 mins walk to Dubai mall and great restaurants on the lake with amazing water fountain show.

Area recommendations

The "old town" is a great location. Actually new but built in the old arabic style, situated next to Burj tallest building, Dubai mall and amazing water fountain show lake.

“Top service, amazing beds”

The staff at Al Manzil are outstanding in all departments. The reception staff are the best ive come across (especially Merium? the lovely lady). The guys at the front are always smiling. The manager was kind enough to chat to us about our stay before we left. The house keeping are imaculate. mini bar seems a little pricey for a small can of coke. We were checked into a smoking room when we requested non smoking they offered to rectify it the following night but we are not one to cause hassle so stayed put. We had to extend our stay by one night after missing our flight and after staying 5 nights a cheaper rate would have been nice. The buisness centre are fantastic and i really appreciate their call to emirates to help with our flight. Thanks for a wonderful stay! :)

“Better than I expected...”

I stayed two nights at Al Manzil, finding their service, friendliness, food, pool, and location superb. The tourist offerings weren't fully explained, so I didn't make the best choices timewise; that was my only problem. (And a fruit bowl and chocolates appeared as apology for our misunderstanding.) I'd recommend this attractive, clean location and eager staff any day!

Area recommendations

Al Manzil's area is great for touring and shopping, with Dubai mall steps away and Starbuck's next door. Beach is a little far, but buses are air conditioned and taxis are cheap in Dubai.
