“Traveler's Dream”

My room was very clean and extremely comfortable -- very much appreciated after a long flight. The hotel is very luxurious and has nice decor, and the hotel staff are very helpful and polite. I only spent a few hours at the hotel before departing the following morning, but all of my impressions are very positive.

“An Excellent hotel.”

The Al-Bustan Rotana is a class act. Period. If I owned a hotel, I'd love it to look like this, easily striking a balance between luxury and affordability. Possibly one of the most comfortable hotel stays I've had with my wife, and we are very frequent travelers. Some of the facilities in the bathrooms can do with updating, but here, I'm just being finicky. This was our first trip to Dubai, it will be difficult not to stay in the Al-Bustan Rotana on our next trip.

“Hidden gem.”

Based at the Al Bustan Rotana you can experince 5* star dining at the numerous all-inclusive theme nights which were very reasonably priced. Hotel staff were more than helpful and the location was a bonus although not on the beach (but pool /leisure facilities more than made up for this). This central location meant that all attractions were no more than a twenty minute taxi ride (taxis are much cheaper than UK).

It was not the first time here, but I always enjoy this hotel. It is not on the cheapest list, but it is good value for the money.

5 minutes from Dubai airport - you could almost walk it. However, not for sun/pool lover - too close to busy roads so only adequate for quick swim/gym. Not a hotel for a holiday, just a one night stopover

“Great Loc ation and Service”

I have stayed here a number of times and most recently spend a number of weeks at this hotel using the Expedia Best Rate which the Hotel itself cannot match!!! The staff are very courteous and helpful from the Greeter at the Door to the excellent Lobby Cafe wait staff. There are a number of good restaurants in the Hotel from the Excellent Rodeo Steakhouse to the Thai and Lebanese restaurants and it even boasts a Benihana if you are in the mood to be entertained. There is an excellent Bodylines Gym and an outdoor pool if you can handle the Dubai summer heat. The Hotel is so close to the Airport that it is an excellent choice for a traveler over-nighting in Dubai while waiting for a connection. It is close to the old Dubai and close to the new Dubai and Festival City Malls so shopping is a breeze! I will stay there again when I go back!
