“Happy at the Habtoor”

Apart from habtoor airport desk telling us there was no car to take us to the hotel (when in fact there was), we had a wonderful break at the Habtoor. All the staff were friendly and polite. The Club lounge facility was excellent, with great staff. My boys, who are pretty demanding about such things, found the gym to be very well-equipped, and well-run. Accommodation was good, cleaning was unobtrusive and meticulous. Access to the beach was easy and we enjoyed the ability to arrange watersports right in front of the hotel. Great location for access to the JBR Walk, All in all, excellent hotel. No criticisms at all

“Habtoor Grand Resort and Spa Dubai”

This hotel is absolutely superb. Working in the Travel Industry and seeing hotels all around the world on a regular basis, I would rate this as the best of any experience I've had. If you want top class service in a top class hotel, with top class facilities, in Dubai, stay at the Habtoor Grand Resort and Spa. It will not let you down.

Pick this hotel. It is right on the beach, very well kept hotel with many places to dine at and get a couple of drinks. I had them help me plan a very romantic evening with my boyfriend who now is my fiance! Thanks Habtoor for making my stay great!

Beautiful hotel, resort style - sit at the pool or beach. Room clean. Queue at reception can take some time.

“Habtoor Grand Resort”

The Resort is amazing over looking the Palm in there you can see the Atlantis. I loved the service and the pools. It; a bit far from city center, nevertheless, it's worth the trouble.

“Great hotel and great service”

Hotel was great and had no complains as I was there for business and pleasure. Hotel had a great business centre and also wireless Internet access all around the hotel including the rooms. Would recommend the "Horizon Pool" to swin in and take in the great views of the beach and "Burj Al Arab".

had great time at this hotel. our room was great although had no view and was very noisy at times did not spoil our stay, but would probably upgrade next time. excellent value for what we paid. staff were very pleasant and helpful. fab spa and restaurants location great for walk and marina beach bit too much building work going on will be perfect when all done.

“Superb hotel”

The hotel was clean, the service was exemplary and there were numerous restaurants and bars which were all to a high standard, particularly The Grill which had a great atmosphere and superb food. The pool areas were also impressive.. offering cold towels to cool you down throughout the day. Always plenty of sunbeds available. Found the hotel staff both helpful and friendly and tendered to your every need. Some reviews have stated that there is building work taking place in close proximity to the hotel, however, this did not affect our holiday whatsoever, as you could not hear any noise. You would be hard pressed to find a hotel in Dubai where there is not building work of some description going on in the surrounding area. A lovely hotel, would definitely stay here again.

“Great hotel for the price and great location”

The hotel was great! There are plenty of nice restaurants and amenities for everyone. The hotel taxis are more expensive than the regular taxis, but if you tell the men out front, they will get you the regular taxis parked at the end of the drive. Also, the hotel does not have an ATM. You will need to get cash while on excursions into the malls or other attractions. Overall, we enjoyed a wonderful stay at the hotel.
