Best Western in Downtown Memphis

"Everything was good"

"The hotel is beautiful and the staff friendly and very helpful. There is valet parking, but otherwise no good parking options. I walked about 3 blocks to a Walgreens at 6:30 PM, but it was light out. I didn't feel safe walking there. I took a slightly different route back to the hotel and it was fine. I should have asked staff before walking."

"This is an excellent place to stay with a good location if you are willing to walk a half mile. The Civil Right Museum is right across the street. The staff is very pleasant. The lobby is well designed for guests to take a breather and relax."

"Carla Edwin’s went above and beyond to help us after we checked in. We needed to print an important document and, even though she was headed out the door to go home, she helped us as we were having difficulty. She was so professional and friendly. Because of Carla, we would highly recommend staying at Hotel Insigo. The room was ver nice and the location was perfect for walking to our favorite food/music venue The Rum Boogie Cafe. Thank you Carla for your patience and help."
