"On our first night stay, the Kleenex were wet in the box, the toilet paper roll fell off when trying to tear the tissue. Holder was broken. Reported these issues the next morning and was told they would take care of it while we were gone for the day. Came back to find out they not only didn’t fix anything , but they never serviced (cleaned) our room! They also don’t have room darkening curtains. Our room was lit up all night. And the under the bed lighting kept coming on without us moving at all! The front desk staff was very kind and hospitable, but the care of the rooms was terrible. I wouldn’t stay there again."
