"I book and paid in full this property in March for my October stay. Immediately, after check-in into allocated room, Toilet light cannot turn on and air-cond not functioning. "This was a stay along the Four Rivers Bike Trail and it was only about 1.5km from the path. So super convenient for staying the night. This neighborhood doesn’t seem like it would have this nice of hotel because it feels very industrial but it was such a beautiful hotel. Staff is very friendly and super accommodating. The bath tub was incredible and made out of wood. Room was very clean and comfortable."

"The room is a good size with a double bed. There was a computer you could use and a few waters and coffee too. There was a kettle and small cups to use as well as a small bag for bathroom essentials. The location is a little far from the station which is the only bad point. This is the best hotel for a cheap easygoing experience. I checked in at about 10.45pm which is generally too late, but not for this hotel. There was a member of staff ready for me. "
