I planned to stay at the property because it has been a location convenience but the am housekeeper processed my check in and payment with notifying me. I clearly selected the option to pay at the desk as I may have had questions regarding people entering my room or even a room relocation. The staff was much more helpful in the beginning but now they are not what’s insulting is I am in an area where people live here on a regular basis… I have been here for approximately 3 weeks now and I shop around for the best deal to stay.

Booked through Expedia (paid at the counter) and when I got there the person at the front desk took a while to process the payment, I ended up getting a fraud alert on my phone, I did confirm it but the staff member told me it declined and I then needed to pay $100 extra. Ended up going to the first room, the door didn’t even lock, we called got switched to another room, tv remote didn’t work, keycard stopped working & it took all day for maintenance to come. There was dirty old toys under the bed… Spend your money elsewhere

Disappointing Stay
A couple of issues, while your website says they are pet friendly, when we checked in they charged us $20 dollar for each dog and then a $50 dollar deposit, totaling an extra $90 dollars. We we see if we get our deposit back. However, these extra charges should have been listed on the website. The second issue was with the free breakfast that is listed on your site. We went down to the office area figuring that is where they put out the food. There was nothing, when we asked they said there is no breakfast just coffee. Very disappointing!! When I look for hotels to make a reservation at, the two criteria that I have are pet friendly and free breakfast. Both were either inaccurate or missing vital information. Needless to say very disappointed with our stay.

I wasn’t able to stay as the guy didn’t check my daughter in due to not having a deposit after I paid in full for the room. She needed a warm place to stay with her girls she had an emergency with no heat . Her firnance went out! I will be er booked there ever again and will tell e rehome on social media and everyone I talk to spread the word! Heartless and cruel!

Don't book this place, will definitely regrett!
Floors were sticky, reeked of cigarettes, dust at corners and hair strands still laying around everywhere, broken bathroom door that did not close or lock, bathroom outlet did not work. Stranger down two doors tried to have us help her pick up her boyfriend becuase she was standed there by some random guy? Never again will I ever book this place.

Disgusting, not clean, smelled like crack smoke.
Stayed there for a night because it was cheap and my bestie and I were in town for a show at Pine Knob. The first room that we got was 411 i believe, and it wasnt the worst. However the wall mounted AC completely defaced, and filthy. I turned it on with out a knob and it started to smell hot and burning. I told the office lady, and she promptly and politely gave us a new room. This time we were put into 111. It had 2 dressers and and three drawers were broke. Like someone took a hammer to it. The surfaces were sticky with chunks of candy stuck to it, finger prints, and hair greese. The floor was faux hard wood and our shoes were sticking to the floor as we walked around. There was old spills and gum stuck to it. It seemed as tho it had never been thoughly mopped with water and soap and only swept for years. Zero effort to actually clean the floor. We didnt use the bed cover. The sheets were nice and white and had good pillows. That was the only perk, be cause we were tired. The TV wouldnt work so we sat in silence & we had only a half roll of toliet paper in our bathroom. We left in the morning. Hotels.com asked for this review, and i normally dont leave reviews. However I believe that a hotel should at least make sure its clean. Paying customers deserve a sanitized room. I think its ridiculous that these standards were ok for them to stay in business. They need to do better. Way better. Its gross.

Absolutely disgusting. Waste of money. Never Again
This place is absolutely disgusting. First room opened door and couldn't handle the smell. Then finally get into the second room and it was filthy dirty. Daily housekeeping my butt. The mirrors were all smudge spotty covered in something. Carpet hadn't been vacuumed since who knows when. Walls have dirt smears all over them. So many other things I could list. Already wasted enough time with/on that place. Had we not been late getting to town for function, there's no way I would have ever stayed. Thankfully on the 98 degree day I didn't have time to enjoy the green slime covered seasonal pool they offer on the website. This was thee worst place I've ever been and I've been to some nasty, cheap holes in the wall.
No that's not green grass in middle of cement walkway... It's the outdoor seasonal pool offered with your room on 6/21 when it's 98 degrees outside. Enjoy!
Ok so you see the bad patch job. That's not what I took pictures for. Check the walls door and floor. This was just after checking in. Daily housekeeping 🤣 someone need to show her how to PLUG VACUUM IN and how to spray and WIPE DOWN ALL SURFACES
Why would I even bother to look inside let alone even contimplate using either of these when this is what it looks like outside.

Good Stay in that state up north.
Reserved a King bed standard room. Apparently none available and was surprised with a double queen room. Room was clean and comfortable, though in need of update and minor repairs.

Didn’t like anything! I should have been paid to stay here. The bathroom door was just standing there in the bathroom not mounted no hinges no knob only one lamp on night stands no drawers in nightstands ceiling light did not work, cigarette burns on bathtub and vanity area rehung drape over window because it was not in the eyes properly also spiders in the room as well as outside of it sheets looked like they had been wadded up before being put on the bed the bedspread was from a smaller size bed.

Customer beware. The ghetto of Auburn Hills
Upon entering the room, towel rack was laying on the floor, toilet had wrong size seat (round seat on elongated rim - pinched when you sat), stuffed animal under AC, unpainted patchwork on walls, small hole in ceiling, dead lock broken, and room next door had completely broken outside door handle/lock that buzzed with some sort of alarm. Upon further stay, bed was worse than sleeping on floor (no sleep, sore hips, back and neck), tub was slow to drain (wife had to wash hair, step out, wait, then go back in to quickly wash), had to hold toilet handle down to flush, and TV had several lines running down screen that never went away. All this AND THEY CHARGED US $50 DEPOSIT, incase we made damages to the the already broke room. Was "handicapped" room (although we did not ask or require). Regular step in tub, no grab bars anywhere, and a wheelchair would have been hard pressed to get from bathroom through small space between bed and fridge. Only handicap service was low hanging rack and bare floor. On a good note, there were no cockroaches... That we saw. We stay in many hotels and enjoy hotels.com rewards. This was by far worst place ever.

Building is old and in need of maintenance or demolition. Room was dingy and furniture dirty, dingy, and worthy of being thrown out. Bad lighting. TV didnt work properly. No remote in the room. When they replaced it, that remote wasnt programmed and was useless. I never felt comfortable in the room and feared bugs.

Though this is a motel. I remember it being a bit better then my recent stay, back when it was Motel 6 (I think that was the name). The rooms are smoked out now and it didn't even seem like they came in and cleaned the place. All they did was probably make the beds, add new towels and the two free products for use (soap and shampoo). Floor was sticky and unswept, toilet and tub was dirty and had rings around them, burn marks on sink and tub, sink knob was disgusting. Also the door handle needs to be replaced. If I hadn't prepaid and it wasn't a late check in, we would have not been there. But never again!

The room was very dirty. It didn't look like the floors had been cleaned in a while. Cigarette burns on the counters, toilet and tub. Stain on pillow case. There was also a random man just walking around outside the rooms. I felt unsafe at this location.

First I could barely get to the room as they had not plowed and the snow was too deep for my car. I finally got to the room to find the drawers from the dresser missing, the bathroom door jam coming off and the bathroom sink dirty as was the toilet. The girl at the desk was very nice and promptly gave me a new room right next to the one that I had just come from!! After trying to get back to the room and unable to return due to the parking lot conditions I had asked for a refund which she did give me. The staff was wonderful but I was not impressed with the room or the way the property was taken care of.
