Roughly about an hour after checking in to my room. I went into bathroom and there was roach crawling on the floor i killed it. Went back to the bed where my luggage was. As im sitting on the bed another Roach crawls across the blanket. I grab my things left the property. Called the front desk when i got into my car. He aaked if inwanted to move to a different room ,i said no. Because you have a bug problem. Switching rooms do not fix that. I did not feel comfortable staying at that property. I was told the call back in the morning to speak with a manager.i called 3 times , all 3 times manager was busy. Someome called me me back arounf 6 pm that same day. Offered and a sad apologize, but no refund, and i didnt get to stay the night in the room as planned. I just want my money back for this terrible experience

The room looked nothing like the pictures. The comforter on the bed was dirty and smelled so I requested a new 1 and it had burn holes all over it. The room wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been and the furniture was so old and coming apart. There was a AC/heater unit in the wall that didn’t work and you could feel cold air coming in from outside. You couldn’t adjust the heat. I’d never recommend anyone stay there!

Phone didn't work, had to go to office for questions to be answered, outlets didn't work, had to run the water for a long time to get warm never got hot. Commercial on tv is a lie because we got no amenities and no fridge or microwave because we were in a king room. There was nothing about this property that I enjoyed. The front staff seemed that they did not care about myself and my guest as we were checking in. The room was atrocious; dirty carpets, hair in the bed and on the sheets (including new sheets that we were given), a large brown stain on the mattress itself as well as the comforter, burn holes in the comforter (this was supposed to be a smoke free room), the dresser was missing a drawer, the deadbolt was broken (was actually not even there), we were left with wet towels, and the bathroom was a mess. My guest and I had gone to purchase our own cleaning supplies as it was just one night that we would be staying and were going to tough it out. Once we had gotten back, we determined that the room was just too unsanitary to stay in for even one night. When I had requested a refund, I was rejected. This room was not worth $100, I would not recommend staying here.

Hotel was nice, along with the service desk. Polite and helpful. The room was clean, but the mattress needs replaced, plus A drawer in the dresser was missing. Saw no bugs. Restaurants and gas close by. Would definitely stay again.

Staff was friendly but the room was dirty and in poor condition. The shower curtain smelled so bad as if people had been peeing on it. Under and around the bed looked not to have been vacuumed in some time. The floor was sticky and the carpet was gross. It did not have bed bugs but did have ants. It was a place to sleep but would not take the wife or young kids there.

They gave me a standard room with a broken door handle. Stains on my comforter , replaced it with another comforter that had cigarette burns. Lights barely worked, and rug full of crumbs that was suppose to be vacuumed. The lady who suppose to clean the rooms got in trouble by the boss about not having rooms together because apparently she wanted to work the front desk, so the front desk lady started harassing , walking past our door making comments trying to start arguments. There were trash and smoke products , condoms , liquor bottles all outside the balcony, steps and walkways . Terrible.

To say this room at this hotel was a horror show would be an understatement. We checked in and opened the door to our room. First thing was the smell of filth and stale cigarettes. Then the details emerged. The room was filthy. The light switch near the door had splatters of something on it. The floor was splattered. The chair has unknown substances on them. The counters were visibly filthy. Then the eye travels upwards over dirty walls to see the splatter on the heating. Is it blood? Candle wax? Something else? There was debris and splatter on literally every surface in the room. The sheets were torn. The towels had something on them. The shower curtain was dirty. There was black something (mold?) built up in the shower. The baseboards were coming off and there were bugs. There was hair in the bathroom. The dresser was missing a drawer and the drawers that were there had black debris that looked like bed bug feces. And there was a small dead bug that looked like a bed bug. There was more of this debris and trash in the top drawer. The room was missing a trash can. That is no matter though because it appears that you’re supposed to just use the dresser. Housekeeping must have missed that memo because they didn’t empty the trash from the prior occupants. The front desk clerk seemed unmoved by the photos and descriptions of the room. I discussed my concern for bed bugs. She offered another room but bugs are not confined to one hotel room. Where there is one there’s more

Upon check in your front desk lady was getting screamed at by someone who was clearly on some type of drug. Your employee handled it as best she could, but the fact that that’s the first thing you see? Wow. Then getting to the room- there was debri all over the floors. The linens were soiled and there was a leak in the corner of my room. There were people selling drugs in the parking lot and from their rooms. Random knocks on my door from men looking for women. Overall not happy at all with the property or my stay. Remodeling my home so I had no choice but to follow thru with my reservation due to the fact that I have a dog. I’ve used red roof numerous times at numerous locations in the nation, and have never run into the things I did there.

Used to love this place before the pandemic, but I've stayed here the last two years, and it's definitely gone downhill. This time, the floor was greasy and sticky, and the toilet flushed - but poorly. On the plus side, the staff is super nice, and the gentleman noted down my concerns seriously at check-out. I think I will need to look for somewhere else the next time I go through.
