"There is a problem, PARKING. the hotel only has limited space in its secure underground car park, and you can book this in advance, however you are not informed that this is the case with bookings.com. So when we arrived we were told that we could park next door in the public multistorey car park. which we did and then went for lunch. On our return two hours later to collect our bags and check in we found that three windows of our car had been smashed and two coats removed. The hotel staff were...

"We stayed for 5 nights and could only praise everything about our stay. The excellent spacious car parking was such a bonus when exploring this lovely city on foot. Most of all it was the staff who made our stay so pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble (booking taxis etc.) The housekeeping girls did such an excellent job...faultless. The breakfast buffet was second to none. One suggestion-load your Kindle before arrival as the hotel hotspot does not support a connection."
