"Hallways and entrance smells like an old basement. Very moldy smelling. Self service hotel where you check in on a screen on the wall. No one except guest around. Raises questions about security and who to talk to with an issue with the room. Room seems newly renovated and ok. "

"Comfortable room with mini bar & waterside view. Walk in shower. tea& coffee making. Breakfast included & mostly v good. Convenient walk to Aker Brygge tram stop. Hotel ordered our taxi for our return to airport early am. Fab massage at the spa. Spa- Small pool, steam room & sauna bit on expensive side and was a bit busy."

"What a wonderful property in a great location in Bergen. From check in until check out, I was impressed by the staff, especially Silvia, at the front desk, as well as all the breakfast staff. The room was comfortable and well equipped, the bed was so comfortable and the shower was awesome. Big windows that looked onto the front of the property and it was all spotlessly clean.
