The front desk staff at check-in (Talise) was rude. Acted irritated that she had a customer, couldn't be bothered to take her ear buds out of her ears to check me in and then snapped at me because she didn't understand my name."

The breakfast was great, such friendly staff, spacious room (we had the 3 Q with one separate bedroom), it was a maze to get to the pool, but the 2 hot tubs and pool slide were great, and we loved the animals decorating the walls in the common areas..very fitting with the outdoors adventures of Yellowstone. I would stay here again."
