Check-in was not smooth and confirmed with a receptionist that they will arrange window seat for dinner dining but when I get there, they were even not able to find my dinner reservation and needed to wait there for a while. "I have three kids age of 15,12, and 9. The hotel looks like a mini figure theme park. Many things that kids can play with, such as moon bounce, kick boards that kids can use on the little track around the hotel, and mini soccer. Kids had fun there. The room that we rented were for six people and it was very spacious and clean."

"So, we chose this because it had really great reviews from about 4 people, but I’m not sure why! It is called a ‘resort’ but it’s not. It’s a dated Korean pension that had a tiny pool by a pizza restaurant. We arrived and the female owner was just really rude to us for most of our stay, so we just felt like we were constantly tiptoeing around and trying to avoid her. I don’t think she liked westerners. The rooms were quite run down and not that clean and we didn’t even have any drinking...

"I think is an amazing hotel with amazing staff. They are incredibly knowledgeable front desk workers. I wish I could communicate with them more in English, however, it’s more or less my fault for not speaking the best Korean. The front desk worker helped me when my toilet got clogged and brought me a plunger. Which was a little embarrassing but he was incredibly nice about it. Thank you so much for making my Korean experience great!"

"I booked 2 standard double rooms so we each had a individual room to ourselves. I think the room size is just nice for 1 pax. No TV but not a issue for us. The hotel design is very modern and young, I love the vibe especially when the square is brightly lit up in the night. There’s a coin laundry, CS25 and a cafe within the hotel compound. Walking distance to Ilchulbong and Olle track 1, with a number of eateries/cafes nearby. Would definitely stay again if I coming to Jeju. "
