"This was a really lovely place to stay. We were a group of 8 friends, 5 of whom met at university and were celebrating 40 years of knowing on another. The property is characterful and quirky, and it felt very much like staying in someone's home. Had the weather been bad we would have found plenty to do in the house as there was a games room and a piano in the living room. "Had a great one night stay in a small double room. Staff very pleasant, friendly and welcoming. Room was not a bad size for a small double, bed was comfortable. En-suite was compact, water pressure not great for the shower. Nice sized wardrobe with hangers and shelves. Breakfast was lovely with both cold options and full English. 10-20 minute walk to beach and main shopping area with plenty of food and drink options on route. Would definitely stay here again"

"Homestead was clean tidy and comfortable, and was well equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday. Definitely recommend. A very short walk into Lyme Regis with all its independent shops, cafes etc. The Town Mill and Lyme Regis Museum are well worth visiting. One thing to note, the parking at Homestead is tight as is mentioned in the description so take care."
