"It's conveniently located for vacations near Dewey or Rehoboth Beach. I was pretty happy with how easy it was to make multiple trips back and forth from the boardwalk and my hotel in one day. As for the facilities, you can tell this is an older building, but it's been maintained and kept clean, and the hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful. That bumps it up a rank in my opinion. Thank you to Regina especially! "

"We stayed here in the off season, near Christmas. The town was busy but it was nice and quiet back there. We were happy to find a hotel off the main road for that reason. The room was well appointed and comfortable. The hotel was very nice though couldn't use all of the amenities due to the season. "All was well but for the food and food prices. I was charged a ridiculous amount of money for cold, cut up bread and mediocre cheese dip that I thought would be warm and flavorful pretzel. I opted out of your breakfast as that would be an additional $20. The same breakfast was complimentary at 2 of your other properties I’d stayed at on this trip. However, the beds were comfortable and the courtyard room was quite nice. All staff was fabulous and friendly. "
