"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel on the outskirts of CK. The building itself is nice with a simple decor and no non-sense approach. The breakfast had a nice variety of choices and the staff was attentive. Reception was A as was the taxi ride that I took to the next city over. The location is quiet as it is around 15 minutes walk from the town center. There are less establishments in this area but if the proximity is not an issue for you, I fully recommend it."

"This hotel is within walking distance of many attractions in Prague yet it is really quiet (we did not hear a fly at night!) and comfortable. The service is truly kind and polite (thank you for making us feel at home!). The linens are great. Many trams are passing near. Great shops around. Definitely a place to come back."

"The hotel location is good close to the old town about 7 minutes walk and to the metro station. The hotel rooms some are renovated others are old. Check in and out was quick but staff is not friendly no welcoming words and no smile at all. No phone numbers for the house keeping and room service on the room’phone. Every time we have to call the reception and when they are busy you got no answer. Some will take your order some receptionist will refuse and transfer you. So Inconvenient. "

"The hotel is permanently closed. Having been refused a refund from hotels.com rI looked elsewhere for these dates. No response from the hotel prior to leaving UK and customer service from hotels.com was very poor "
