"Nice place for a short stay near the airport"

"I was turned away after came in from the airport at 2am. I was told I need to come back at 11am. I was charged the entire stay regardless. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone "

"I liked our room with the view of the harbor. It could have been cleaner. Our room had toilet paper, liquid soap, and two towels. There were no cups, glasses, tissues, hand towels, washcloths, shampoo, or lotion. No USB ports. Talk about sparse! Good thing it was only one night and inexpensive."

"I was scheduled to stay just one night, but due to the cancellation of my cruise, I stayed an additional night. They were extremely helpful. I was able to use their phone (toll free) and make arrangements with their assistance. They offered a warm, caring atmosphere in my time of stress. Andry, the day manager, and Andre, the Manager/Owner were the BEST! I would definitely stay there again if I had the chance."

"The hotel is located close to the more peaceful part of the park - this means however that a lot of driving or long transfers are needed for the Eastern parts. Transfers and activities are horribly expensive, but this is the case everywhere in Torres del Paine. Overall, we liked the location as the roads were empty, we had our own car and the views from our room were magnificent. A few other positives: the spa was great, even if at times it felt crowded.
