Website and listings both say each room is handicap accessible, with wheelchair access and grab bars for all rooms. My husband called to confirm this before booking and was assured that it was true. It’s not. There are no grab bars in the bathroom or accessibility in the room. The bathroom is too small for any equipment to fit, the shower is not accessible and the room was not able to accommodate a wheelchair or knee scooter. Asked for management to help with this situation and did not receive any contact. Front desk told my husband they were not sure what to do and that the hotel was full. Only handicap accessible bathroom was on the first floor by the main desk and it had no hand soap or paper towels for the days we were there. Basic continental breakfast, basic pool (very cold). there are wheelchair lifts in the pool room but we did not utilize them. There are handicap accessible parking places, but motorcycles park where the van loading area is supposed to be, so it is hard to access vehicles for losing and unloading of passengers. Room was clean and nice, some of the furniture is a bit older, like the arm chair in the room. It had tears and holes on the seams. The veranda area is nice and open. There’s also a fire pit.
