The Hotel is a bit old and battered, and in the middle of nowhere due to the Denver Airport location. But it's a good value for its price. But the staff, although nice, didn't seem to know how to do their jobs. It took several tries to create a key that worked for my room. A fire alarm went off at 7:00 am and no one seemed to know why, or how to turn off the blinking lights throughout the place and still hadn't when I left hours later at 10 am. Breakfast was good. Fitness room was minimal.

We had to wait a long period of time to get checked in as there was no one at the front desk for a very long time. And then our key to our room did not work. It did not work for several people checking in that evening. The hotel is old and there are more nicer hotels for the same price in the area.

The Front desk person was very helpful and accommodating. We were able to walk across the street and get dinner which was great. The only thing I didn't like was the curtains in the room wouldn't close to blackout so I couldn't sleep because the lights were shining in the room.

Very sweet staff. Room was clean and it was quiet. One (slow) elevator made getting up and down from the room a little slow. The continentel breakfast was no great, i would venture to say subpar. Overall, I would say my stay was very adequate and I would recommend for those in that price point.

Older style motel..very clean, staff is dedicated and hard working, experienced. Shuttle to airport took some coordination but allow 15-20 min lead time due to airport constructions and traffic.

The shuttle didn’t run as long as we were told we had to hire an Uber to get to the hotel after the person at the front desk hung up on us for asking if they would have someone pick us up since we were already on the non existent shuttle list from calling earlier. I called back the next day to ask the manager about making things right and denied the person that checked us in even worked there and then hung up on me. Beware of Bad customer service.

I was disappointed that after I booked the property I received a notice that it would cost me $8 to use the airport shuttle. the morning breakfast was marginal compared to other hotels that provide a free breakfast.

The property was very dirty, rooms were average but there were holes in the comforters and one had a yellowish stain on it. For some reason one of my bras were sopping wet and sitting on the back of the toilet after room service left. The walls were paper thin and last but not least, there was a rat/mouse dropping in the cereal. The only good thing I can say is the staff that checked me in were wonderful.
