“Stayed here 3 times”
great place to stay
“Will not use again.”
Tiny uncomfortable beds. This is an extended stay hotel with loud people and dogs. The Motel 6 around the corner had the same level of noise, but much more comfortable rooms for the same price.
“best place ever with that price tag”
Excellent place to go and wait upon the Lord. Highly recommended for any Man of God.
“Ummm... Yeah!”
*The gentlemen at the front desk was accomodating * The police officer in the parking lot was nice and informed us they partrol the area frequently because of all the robberies and break in's * There was fresh vomit in the hallway on the way to the room, but all in all there was a bed and a shower and only a one night stay... Mission Accomplished!
“Aurora's best extended stay hotel”
Good location near to I-25S. Easy to commute Denver and surrounding area. Easy walk able to Tach John Restaurant. All good stores/restaurnat are near to hotel like walmart, walgreen, sam's club, costco and etc...

“Ok for extended stay, but only if you're spending a lot of time away and need a place to crash”
It's pretty much like any extended stay hotel I've stayed in across the country. Not the best, not the worst. It was peaceful, but the beds are cheapo. Having the kitchen, etc. is nice for a long stay. Some of the neighbors are sketchy, but nothing dangerous...just loud...partying, etc.
“Extended Stay Motel”
They do not tell you on Expedia that it is an extended stay motel... which means that your sheets and towels do not get replaced every night. We stayed for 3 days before ending our stay early. During that time, our sheets were not changed once. On the contrary note, the customer service at the front was very nice and accommodating. For the price, I can't complain, but take note of the lack of amenities that you pay for.
“Probably not again”
My friend and I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past, but this will probably be the last time. The staff is friendly enough, and it is in an awesome location, close to shopping and restaurants, plus a full sized refrigerator and range for cooking, and it has always been very quiet. But the kitchens only come with dishes/cutlery for two people. The kitchen setup makes it very difficult to wash dishes, and you have to bring your own stuff to wash them. The housekeeping isn't horrible, but it really isn't very good either. My teenaged son does a better job vacuuming. The deal breaker for us though is most likely going to be the mattress, which has always been incredibly uncomfortable. This most recent time was the worst. Not only was mattress hard as a rock, the springs were very noisy and uncomfortable as well. I've had more restful sleep on a sofa sleeper with a bar digging into your back.
“YUCK!!! This place is disgusting I would not recommend to anyone.”
We paid for 2 nights and left after the 1st because the room was so dirty. There are a lot of other hotels in the vacinity and I would recommend staying at one of them rather than this one. The only thing that was clean was the bathroom. The rest of the room was so dirty that I refused to walk aound barefoot. My husband was in socks and they were black after just a few minutes of walking in the hotel room. This place is disgusting don't waste your money!
