“Good Hotel that can use an update.”
Price good. Location good. Good breakfast. No complaints but could use a face lift in the future.
“Threadbare”
The staff is friendly, but this is not a 3-star hotel. it is dark and feels dingy, even though you can't say it's actually dirty. Sheets and towels are thin and worn. I didn't want to go barefoot on the carpet. The front desk had trouble finding my reservation both on check in and check out.
“Road Warriors”
Location and price OK for truckers and traveling construction crews. This hotel is undergoing a name change from the Crystal to the Ambassador. It is non-branded at this time and no frequent flier points are available. Pool and spa were very nice. Work-out room was moved to second floor which is a floor above the indoor pool. The breakfast was mediocre and the room was standard. The TV reception was not great. The plug in the tub drain was broken and sitting on the edge. The room did have a sitting area with a privacy wall separating it from the bed. The parking lot was very icy and some additional ice removal was needed.
“Convenient Location!”
The reason we stayed at the hotel was to be close to the airport for a very early flight. You exit the hotel and get right on the road, no turns or exits, direct road to the airport!
“Good for the money”
The price we paid was less than the other hotels in the area. We only needed to stay for 1 night because we had a really early flight the next day. For the price, the hotel was better than expected. The hotel was not dirty but was not exceptionally clean either. The linens appeared clean, and for me, that's what matters most. Under the same circumstances, I would return to this hotel.
“Horrible!!!”
The hotel and service were horrible! I will never stay there again, and wouldn't recoommend it to anyone!!
“There are many more desirable hotels in the neighorhood.”
There was no distinguishing features about the hotel. Breakfast was particularly bad.....everything overcooked, plastic plates and utensils......coffee tasted awful
“Depressing...”
Clean and seemed old but may not have been. Breakfast great and service fine also. Depressing is the best way to describe room.
“Will stay again!”
This was my first stay at Ambassador Suites and I chose it because it was close to the highway, the airport and had a breakfast buffet. I was not disappointed. The king size bed was very comfortable, the location was perfect and the breakfast was very good. The only thing I would rate slightly low was the selection of TV channels. I was there to visit family and not interested in sightseeing (as I grew up in Denver) so when I got back to my room I would have liked a few more choices, but that is a minor complaint. I will definitely stay there again.
“mimi”
I can say the hotel is ok, but i will chose other hotel for next trip.
