Even though the lobby was recently under water due to a frozen pipe burst, the staff was great - accomendations were fantastic. Without thinking, i would stay again.

This hotel is very comfortable, well-kept and extremely clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Denton.

“Great Service”

This was a really nice hotel with great service, the only complaint that I have is that the temperature in the hallway was 87 degrees, but it was kind of understandable because the outside temperature was about 108 degrees. The rooms were nice and cool though and the beds had lots of comfy pillows.

“Clean, new hotel with good staff”

The Holiday Inn and Suites Denton is an attractive, clean andnice hotel. The staff is uniformly accommodating, courteous and eager to please. The rooms are nice, although I would have expected a flat screen TV. The free wireless internet was appreciated but the signal was weak. We only ate breakfast there and it was very good and very reasonable in price. The waiter was fabulous and thoughtful. I would definitely go back again.

I stayed at this holiday inn for one week as part of moving to the area from out of state. The hotel staff were beyond helpful with my many questions. They were friendly and extremely helpful. The room was very comfortable and all staff from the cleaning people to the front staff were excellent.

Hotel door card not programmed correctly had to make trip back down to desk. Found some kind of big bug in my room crawling around which disappeared under carpet. Other wise everything for my short stay was good.
