"Great location 17 minutes walk to the beach. Walkable distance to a convenience store and many restaurants. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful houses. The house is clean, spacious and cozy. Less than 30 minutes drive to the Hyannis Port where you can catch the fast-ferry to Nantucket island which was the purpose of our vacation. Two full bathrooms and an outdoor shower made it easy for my group of friends to co-exists during our stay. Melissa was super friendly as well and didn’t give us any unreasonable house rules. Thanks! Would stay again for sure and recommend "
