"We would have rated this a perfect score but we arrived at 215pm and check in was at 3pm and the guy checking us in said our room wasn’t ready yet which was no problem but the other real young guy at other check in butted into our conversation and let it be known that we couldn’t check into our room because it wasn’t 3pm
That didn’t matter to us and we was not trying to get to room , we were just trying to get checked in and we could wait for room which is what happened after all .
I just thought that was unprofessional of the other guy to butt into it like he did and he actually said it in a smart way so if go there and see a young guy who looked like he was 16/18 yrs old just don’t deal with him . I was very tempted to let him know how I felt but I didn’t because I wasn’t going to let him start my vacation off to bad start and ruin it so I just stayed quite about it and just stayed my distance from him the whole time we were there.
The only other thing wrong was the water pressure for shower and sinks was hardly nothing it was bad but everything else was great including the full cooked or continental breakfast and rooms were really nice
