“Exceptional Hotel”
By far, the friendliest, most helpful staff at this hotel of any I have stayed in. Our stay was longer than originally planned during a difficult family time, and without exception everyone on the staff treated us exceptionally well.
“Excellent location to Fraze Pavilion!”
In town for a concert at Fraze Pavilion. Excellent location within a 6 minute drive to venue and located just off the interstate for easy access back home. Hotel was very clean and had a complimentary breakfast.
“Very Satisfied”
My family had two rooms for a weekend so we could go to my nieces wedding. The hotel seemed new. The bedding and room was comfortable and clean. We had internet service for free. There was coffee available in the lobby 24/7. They had a great breakfast. The staff was friendly and always helpful. I felt safe and secure in the surrounding area and at the hotel. I enjoyed my weekend very much !

The Holiday Inn Express was as nice as any Hampton Inn we've stayed in. Very comfortable, convenient and pleasant. Attractive and quiet at this one. Appreciate the breakfast.

Clean, well-appointed, quiet, and comfortable room. Complimentary breakfasts are good, with fairly diverse selections. All service was very good.
“Would visit again”
We were meeting all out-of-town family to stay for our family Christmas! The hotel far exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, the pool temp was warm and awesome, as well as the customer service was great! The AM breakfast was tasty as usual! I never have been disappointed in a HIE before!
“Very good hotel for affordable price”
The only drawback is something in common with all IHG hotels, check in is at 4pm... But even though I arrived around 1pm, I only waited 5 minutes until they found a clean room and transferred me! This is exactly the kind of service I'd expect from a hotel that cares about it's customers. After checking in, I was received by a very large, clean and comfortable room with a king-size bed, kitchen area and bathroom that included a bath-tub. The service was friendly all along, including a breakfast that was better than others I've had at much more expensive hotels. They even had doughnuts there. Last, and not least, the excellent service, large & comfy room and good breakfast comes at a price that is totally affordable. I'm definitely staying there again next time I'm in the area.
“Hard to find”
Overall, the hotel is very nice and quiet. Rooms were clean and modern. The only complaint is that it was hard to find as it's located in the rear area of a small strip mall.
