"Don't let the trailer house foul you. The inside is updated very nicely and has a very homey feeling to it. The view is breathe taking. It's located just far enough from town but not to far. Walmart is 9 minutes down the road. We came for a soccer tournament and ended up staying later than the checkout time. Judy had no issues with us checking out later. The cleaning fees are minimal, and the checkout is super easy! We will definitely be staying again next year!"

"We cant say enough GREAT about this property! Beautiful area, friendly hosts and FANTASTIC location. We loved being able to meander around and pet the horses just like at home so it gave us that familiar feeling. Steve and Nance are MORE than accommodating and friendly and everything is WONDERFUL there. Our only complaint, and it has to do with us and our age, was the mattress. The listing is a little off as there is no pool, but they had plenty of games to make up for it! We used the grill and played cornhole. The bathroom is in the master bedroom but we were able to navigate that even while staying with another couple. Overall a great place to stay."
